The private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean.

Relax and unwind in the cozy living area, where you can kick back on the stylish leather couches and enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV. Each room of the condo has its own smart TV, all synced to one easy-to-use remote—making it simple to enjoy your favorite content throughout the space. The fully equipped galley-style kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops and is perfect for cooking up your favorite meals, featuring a full-size fridge with ice and water, microwave, oven, cooktop, and a coffee maker to start your day right. If you prefer dining out, a variety of fantastic restaurants, cafes, and bars are just minutes away.

The queen bedroom is your peaceful retreat, with soft, high-quality linens ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Fresh white linens with duvet toppers add to the feeling of comfort and cleanliness. Both bedrooms offer nightstands with two drawers for added convenience and extra storage. There is no additional clothing cabinet, but each room is equipped with a closet that features shelving and a clothes hanger rack for your belongings. Luggage racks are also available for your convenience, making it easier to organize your things.

The condo also features two beautifully remodeled bathrooms that give off a spa-like vibe. Each bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with dual sprayers, sleek glass barn doors, and vanities stocked with all the essentials—hand soap, toilet paper, fluffy white towels, and hair dryers for your convenience.

From the front of the condo, enjoy refreshing, peaceful views of the marsh, while the rear of the condo offers sweeping views of the ocean. Step out onto the balcony each morning to take in the breathtaking views and enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves. If you're lucky enough to be here for the 4th of July, you’ll have the best seat in the house for the spectacular fireworks display! Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire condo, as well as the oceanfront pool deck and all beach equipment. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking (both garage and lot), fresh linens, and bath towels. Plus, there’s a private washer and dryer in the unit, along with starter laundry supplies including Gain washing soap, Gain fabric softener, dryer sheets, and dishwashing supplies like a sponge, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher pods for your convenience. You’ll also find Keurig coffee pods, creamer, and three different sugar options to help you start your mornings right.

Other Things to Note

No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

No animals allowed.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book.

The pool is closed from November through April and is not heated.

The condo is located on the 7th floor, with elevator access. Please note, the elevators will be under renovation in spring 2025, and only one elevator will be operational during that time.
