I choose this neighborhood as my fiancĂ© lives nearby. The bonus is that itâs still pretty quick to get to downtown Denver/Boulder from my location. Plus crime is lower out here.

I donât think my property stands out more than any other in this area. It is safe and clean. The furniture/appliances are less than five years old and have been gently used.
