Beautiful Cottage

We had a lovely stay at Phil’s cottage. It was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed and more. It was a located near grocery stores and had some nice trails nearby. Also about 30 mins from Boulder which was wonderful. Great communication for check in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Cozy cottage felt like home as soon as we walked in!!! Super clean! Well stocked kitchen to cook ALL your meals! Bedrooms super comfortable! Neighborhood is very safe and quiet and definitely walkable with trails just around the corner. Supermarket/restaurants/coffee shops etc all close by. Great communication with the Host! We liked it so much we have rebooked for an extended stay! Phil, thank you for the goodies! We so appreciated everything after a long day of driving! That was so thoughtful!

Clean and comfortable

This condo was in perfect condition and felt and looked clean. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and clean. Garage parking was a nice plus. There were also walking trails all around the neighborhood. I will book here again if we have future trips to Denver. Host was responsive if needed, but honestly I had a few questions ahead of time and didn’t message him until the end about possibly extending the stay, there weren’t any issues or questions so there was no need to reach out. I was thinking it would be nice if there was a full length mirror, I should have checked, there was a full length mirror in the master closet on back of door, so take note if you need one!! Thank you so much!!

I am Denver Firefighter who is trying out VRBO/AIRBNB to see if it’s a viable option for use of my house. Currently divorced with a kid in college, I am living at my fiancés house which leaves my place vacant most of the time. I’m new to being a host, so if I miss something key…let me know. I aim to please and will do what I can to make sure your stay is a good one.

I choose this neighborhood as my fiancé lives nearby. The bonus is that it’s still pretty quick to get to downtown Denver/Boulder from my location. Plus crime is lower out here.

I don’t think my property stands out more than any other in this area. It is safe and clean. The furniture/appliances are less than five years old and have been gently used.
