This home was great. My family and I loved the location and it made us feel as you are at home. Loved the complimentary drinks and family enjoyed the coffee/tea bar. Pool was so nice. We went for my niece's graduation so it was relaxing after all the walking we did.

Rebecca and her family stayed with us for our longest stay so far, 7 nights, and we had just hosted a group of 12, who checked out the day before. We learned a lot about hosting as a result of these guests, and we would be delighted to host them again. Hopefully the weather would be nicer!

Best hosts EVER! The house is so well appointed from the comfy beds to the coffee bar! We had so much fun in the HUGE pool and thanks for heating it for us. We chose this for the heated pool and the easy access to Austin, the hill country and even the Riverwalk and Alamo were only 1.5 hours away. Kids enjoyed picking their rooms.

Thank you, thank you to the best guests EVER! We are so glad you stayed with us and were amazed that you cared for our place as though it were your own; even doing as much of the laundry as you could with the available supplies!! We can't be more pleased.

Excellent place!!!Felt like home!!!If you require the Four Seasons, this isn’t the place, but if you are humble and appreciate a family putting their childhood home on VRBO, this is it!We stayed the weekend for a wedding and it felt like we were in our own home.***** Five Stars *****10/10

We felt very welcomed with a personal note and all the amenities (pool, fire pit, etc) all well explained. When we walked in we immediately felt relaxed and in a home vs a sterile rental. Location was great, nice and quiet yet close to it all, hard to know from the quiet house and serene yard 290 was just a little ways down the road! Beautiful yard and the interior space worked great for a large family group. Host was very responsive and immediately answered any and all questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. There was 9 of us staying and we all fit comfortably. There are only two bathrooms so be prepared to set up a shower schedule for large groups. The pool was a good size with a grill and plenty of seating conveniently close by.The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our BBQ pool day.If you're visiting Dripping Springs i highly recommend this Vrbo.

LaJuanna and her family were fantastic guests. Left the property neat as a pin and even did the dishes and a load of laundry. Great at communicating and were just the perfect first guests for us to experience with VRBO. Hope they return soon for a longer stay!

We had a great experience staying here! The pool was bigger than expected we ended up swimming more than we thought we would. The host were very well mannered and communicated so well with us. You can tell they put in so much effort to make this place feel like home. The check in process was so smooth. Overall would definitely recommend. Hopefully we can go back another time.

Kids enjoyed the pool even though some of my teenage kids saw the pool as not clean enough. I did mention to them that it is a country pool and that was that. The property does have a big yard with lots of greenery and enough parking area for 8 cars not including the road space. The inside of the house has plenty of space for 12 adults easily. We especially liked the big screen TV in the living area and the long couch for 8 people easily. It is a place to enjoy the family in a place away from home but still have the feeling of being at home.

What a wonderful property! It has lots of room for big families. The outdoor patio and pool are so relaxing! Every thing was provided to make our stay easy and fun! Plenty of towels, beach towels, napkins, paper towels...and so much more. Even a jar of yummy homemade jam! We would stay here again! Patricia has the best and fastest communication. Great property!! Thank you!!
