Fantastisk, lyxig penthouse i första linjen med fantastisk havsutsikt.

Välkommen till vårt Penthouse i Aguamarina del av Cabo Roig. Det har just blivit ombyggd till de högsta standarderna för dig att njuta av. Den har två sovrum, 1 badrum, amerikanskt kök, vardagsrum och tre balkonger / takterrasser. Det har också ett förråd och ett säkert underjordiskt garageplats. Köket är fullt utrustat för dig om du vill göra din egen matlagning. Annars har du massor av restauranger och barer strax utanför din dörr! Du har ca 200 meter till närmaste supermatket och 5 minuters bilresa till Zenia Boulevard (en av Spaniens största köpcentra) och 3-4 kända golfbanor.

Lägenheten har en storskärms-TV, playstation, bluetooth högtalare, elektriska stolar och förstklassiga sängar för din fulla njutning. Naturligtvis har det också AC och centralvärme i alla rum. På terrasserna har du matmöjligheter, en stor stengrill, solstolar etc.

Om du vill njuta av solen kan du antingen välja att göra det på en av takterrasserna eller nere vid det avkopplande poolområdet, som ligger precis vid den berömda strandpromenaden Cabo Roig med utsikt över havet också.

Vi kommer att göra vårt bästa för att uppfylla alla dina önskemål och önskemål för din semestervistelse. Allting (Vatten, el, fiber-wifi, internationella tv-kanaler, sängkläder, handdukar etc.) ingår i hyran förutom en slutstädning / tvättavgift på 70 €, som betalas direkt till vår fastighetschef .

A nice convenient apartment

Apartment was modern and had everything we needed. Very convenient for restaurants, especially as we didn't have a car. Good handover and communication.

The property to dream of for any holiday

This property is in a superb location, close to numerous bars and restaurants. The local supermarket is a mere 5 minute walk away. The nearest beach is again only a 5 minute walk away and finally the nearest Golf Coarse, Las Ramblas is less than a 10 minute drive away. This holiday was booked to celebrate our retirement in May 2018. Since our retirement we had worked very hard landscaping our rear garden and our hope was that this property and its surroundings would provide a relaxing and very enjoyable time. When booking, the responses from the owner Jesper were first class and gave us real confidence that we had made a good decision. On arrival at the property we met the local property manager who again gave us absolute confidence that nothing was too much trouble to ensure we had a good holiday. We had booked to stay at this property for 6 weeks and were possibly the first long term occupants. We pointed out a small change that would make life a little easier and Jesper, the owner, responded immediately with a positive answer of "if it improves things for you we will do it". Again re-assurance of the desire to make everything right for our holiday. The property has 3 balconies that provide a choice of views that are superb. One balcony has 2 superb sun lounger chairs that are fully reclining together with a superb dining table and chairs. The interior of the property is excellent with quality equipment and furnishings. Overall this holiday property provided us with such a tremendous time that we have already booked for next year. Jesper, thank you so much for a assisting us to have a wonderful holiday and the opportunity to do it all again next year.

Keurig en ruim verblijf en dicht bij het strand

De woning was zeer netjes, alles wat er zijn moest was er. Locatie is op loopafstand van supermarkt en strand.

Jesper the property owner was a pleasure to deal with and always super efficient and prompt with any questions or queries. We would highly recommend this property for your holiday accommodation the only slight thing to tarnish this property is its close proximity to a main road.

Amzong apartment, ideal location.

Having this be my first time renting an apartment I was not sure what to expect with regards to arrival and checking in. However it was flawless. I was met by a taxi at the airport and then the property manager met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough handover. The apartment itself is very modern and was extremely clean. The highlight of the apartment are the rooftop terraces, one is a lounge and the the other has a bbq and a small table and chairs. Both have sea views. We used the bbq 3 times and spent every day on the rooftop lounge with my 2 children after returning after a night out. The location is ideal, 5 mins away from the Consum supermarket, 5 minutes away from the Cabo Roig strip and just 5 minutes away from the nearest beach. The pool area is very well kept and ideal for children. The apartment caters for all your needs and not having to wake up to secure a sunbed was very welcomed. Jesper (the owner) was very attentive throughout the process making sure that everything was going smoothly and that all my questions were answered. I would return and will be looking at Jespers other properties for next year.

Lovely apartment equiped to very high standard

We spent a lovely month in the apartment, it has been converted to a high standard with an amazing kitchen complete with dish washer and washing machine. The beds and furniture are all very good quality and very comfortable. Great reclining sofa and chair in the lounge and lovely cane sun loungers, table and chairs with deep cushions on the sun roof area. Plenty of storage/wardrobe space and even a shopping trolly for those trips to the nearby supermarket. Had a great time, thanks Jesper :-)

Beautiful Apartment. Fantastic Location

Had a great week staying in this beautiful apartment. Communication from Jesper was first class before and during our stay. The apartment couldn't have been located any better. You're literally a 2 minute walk from the strip, but even being so close any noise wasn't an issue. 3 fantastic beaches which were walkable between 5 and 15 minutes depending which you chose. Sun loungers, cool box and parasols also provided to make your day at the beach even more pleasurable. If your not a beach lover the pool was great as well, and never got too busy. The roof terraces are stunning, with great views of the sea. Would definitely recommend or book again if I was staying in Cabo Roig.

Excellent

Absolutely first class, location is ideal, front line for the beach and coastal walk yet at the end of the 'strip' for bars and restaurants. The apartment is furnished and presented to a high standard and the roof terraces provide stunning views and sun from dawn to dusk. Jesper is excellent to deal with. Overall, can't rate highly enough.

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement de qualité

Le site est très agréable : proximité plages, commerces, pistes cyclables & promenade le long de la côte.... L'appartement est bien situé & agréable à vivre. Jesper, le propriétaire, est très prévenant & à l'écoute. La terrasse est très agréable, la literie de qualité ainsi que le mobilier. La résidence est très bien tenue avec piscine commune avec vue sur mer. Je recommande cette location.

Fantastic apartment, location and owner!

We really wanted to leave a review as the holiday apartment and experience were so great! Jesper was always available leading up to and during the trip with any issues or queries and was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself was brilliant! The two roof terraces are fabulous and mean you have be sun all day long whilst the inside of the apartment is beautifully maintained and has everything you might need from a washing machine to hair straighteners! The balcony on the main level was also a lovely place to sit for breakfast or lunch. The pool is easily accessible and lovely. Lots of families and places to eat. The market was great too. Everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Skøn lejlighed, tæt ved strand, by, indkøb - alt super

Den dejligste lejlighed med 3 skønne terasser. Total renoveret og pæn overalt. Tæt ved stranden ca. 5 min, tæt til supermarked, tæt ved byen. Alt i alt dejligste lejlighed og sted - kan klart anbefales. Hjælpsom og venlig udlejer. Vi kommer igen:-)
