Ground floor villa located blocks from the beach. Spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The villa is fully furnished with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation.
Parking is a breeze easy access no steps free designated.

New remodeled kitchen complete with new counters, cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
Laundry room with full size washer/dryer
Dining area with table that seats 4.
Living room with large screen smart TV.
Half bathroom
Upstairs include:
Master bedroom king bed TV work space and balcony
Second bedroom king bed
Full bath with shower/ tub
Outside:
Patio with outside furniture and grill steps to pool
Quiet courtyard perfect for a pool day with friends and family.
Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy and misc toys available for guests use.
Staying with us at Coligny Villa you'll be a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling.
The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.
Celebration Park is three blocks from your villa. Includes a Band shell, childrenâs museum, kids waterzone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and greenspace for public events.
Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older.
