Very convenient place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful place to stay in between pool and beach very clean when we arrived nice location. Condo was very nice with exception of tv in master wasn’t working which they informed me before arrival and refrigerator wasn’t cooling to full ability had to keep seafood in coolers, and also had landscaping in at the time so was a lot of noise on grounds but that’s part of it I understand, pool and beach setup was amazing and also used the cooking grills by the pool was a nice addition ,but overall was a great place to stay very nice staff and ease of check in and out with lots of communication before arrival I would stay here again.

Condo is perfect! Very nice home, fabulously well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony. Comped beach chairs and umbrella were life savers (traveling with elderly with cancer). Resort itself would be perfect if it had an on-site restaurant/tiki bar. Beach and pool area were great! Thank you!!

Overall, nice condo

The master king bed sleeps great. Room was a warmer than the rest of the condo. Read the “things you should bring” bc I overlooked coffee filters and had to buy a whole pack for 3 days there LOL. After booking, they called to inform me that the entire condo had some construction going on. I wasn’t informed my master bedroom window with the view of the beach had blue plastic all over that obstructed it nor was I informed the balcony was under construction and that there would be not be able to use it. Small bummer. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen had pretty much any dish or appliance you needed.

Very open, clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and the beds were cloudlike! The views were amazing! The construction wasn't disruptive at all.

Great location and easy access to beach

This unit had a very good ocean view and came with free beach chairs and umbrella setup. This was a great extra. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

June Girl’s Trip!

We had a great stay for our friend trip! Condo was clean and as advertised. We received a discount due to the construction being done on the other 2 towers but it didn’t affect us which was nice! Master bedroom mattress was amazing so I would love to know the mattress brand since I couldn’t find it on the mattress. Please let me know. Maintenance was friendly and quick to fix the lack of TV signal to 2 of the 3 TVs. Pool was nice and clean. We would definitely rent this condo again! Thanks! Sarah

Vacation Rental Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our accommodations were excellent! The mattresses were very comfortable, and living room area had good seating. The outdoor furniture was much better than other units we have rented. The decor was eye appealing and “beachy” which we loved! The price was more than triple from the previous year when we could rent monthly in March, not weekly rental as this stay. The pool was beautiful as always. The grills did not work well at all, despite reporting the problem. The only regret was all the renovation noise, which we knew in advance and that is why we chose tower 3. We even had repairs on our floor several days that were noisy. Not sure where we will rent next March due to tower 3 renovations.

A place to relax?

The interior of the property was terrific. You can tell a lot of time and effort has been put into making my stay perfect. Everything was in good working condition, plus it was very clean. The exterior of the building is under renovation (which I was not told about). Alot of construction noise - so much so we had to keep the doors closed - so we could not hear the ocean waves. By the end of our stay it was terribly annoying. i hope they will do something with the landscaping as it was dismal. The weather was perfect, the beaches uncrowded, and the inside of the condo was up to date and well kept. I will definately rent again (hoping construction is completed)!

Spacious with nice view. Water pressure on bathroom sink faucet could have been better. Pool. Fitness room and beach chair setup and access were nice and nearby. Bric a Brac restaurant we walked to had great music, Jones & Co band on Friday night.

A little disappointed

We had traveled a long day when arriving at the condo. When we got in the place had not been cleaned. Also the air conditioner did not seem to be working properly. It was 78 degrees in the place. We contacted the front gate and they sent a woman from housekeeping who cleaned while we went to the grocery store. She finally finished late and we were able to unpack. We contacted housekeeping regarding the A/C and shower/tub drain on Sunday am. He seemed to think A/C was good just hot and humid outside. Yes as it is every day in July in FL. Finally on Thursday after being unable to cool the place lower than 79 we called again. They came and there was a clog in the line. They fixed it and it actually got cool in there! Other than these issues the size of the place was great. It is also very well equipped with all the kitchen items you could possibly need. Beautiful beaches! Chairs and umbrella were a bonus.
