This charming home features a spacious open floor plan on the main level with a gourmet, well-stocked kitchen that any travelling chef will appreciate. Two king master bedrooms with large private baths, an additional queen guest room, and bunk bed room with a twin over full and a twin-size trundle offer for a perfect multi-family setup. Beautifully landscaped, private backyard with an outdoor shower provides a nice finishing touch to the property. We are originally from Georgia. We love family time and beach time. We wanted a special place near the water we could share with our family as well as other families. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We love Mexico Beach for the beautiful beach, the laid back feel, and great people. It's away from the madness a lot of the beaches to the west have become.

We built this house to primarily accommodate two families with kids of different ages. We wanted an open feel that was close to the water.
