Tree House Therapy
Tree house therapy is just what we needed to relax and unwind. We enjoyed waking up to such a peaceful, beautiful view. I loved sitting on the swing in the mornings drinking my coffee and watched the fog clear to show the beautiful landscape. We spent the weekend hiking and going to a show at the Caverns. This place was exactly as described in the listing and we felt so welcome by the owners.

Cute little cabin. Clean and comfy. Great for 2 people. We had to bring our kids and dogs with last minute and they were very accomodating but it was a bit crowded. Pet friendly. Relaxing.

Had a great time
Loved this cozy retreat! The views were incredible and we had a great time visiting trails and waterfalls. Loved the big scrap book that gave us lots of ideas of places to check out.

Cozy cabin with beautiful views!
Even in the winter months the views from this cabin were spectacular. We loved the coziness of the treehouse style cabin and couldnt have asked for a better stay/experience. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

A fun place to stay with a great view
A cozy little cabin with everything you need in a small space with lots of charm. No frills but It’s obvious the owners have put their heart and soul into the place! The bedroom is lofted with a sturdy ladder for access. We got a good nights sleep and enjoyed the gorgeous view from the back porch! About 30 minutes from The Caverns venue, 10-15 minutes to Greeter Falls.

Wonderful Escsape
My boyfriend and I wanted to come to the area to attend an event at The Carven's. We selected this adorable tree house cabin that was only 30 minutes from the venue. We brought along our Australian shepherd and truly had the most wonderful weekend. Beautiful views combined with the peace and quiet was everything we could have asked for. The cabin does include wifi and a small TV in the living area, we brought our Apple TV along and enoyed football on the TV. The kitchen area is complete with anything you would need for a short stay. Thank you!

Great little place!
I came up with a friend for the Beersheba Springs Arts and Crafts Fair. This cabin was such a great find. It was very cute and I felt right at home. The view was gorgeous, and it felt so quiet and serene. The cabin was very comfortable and sweet. An owl even stopped by to visit on my last morning there. The owners were friendly and easy to reach. I would love to stay again. It's a great location for visiting the nearby towns and hiking areas.

beautiful views and crisp mountain air
Neatly appointed place and noticeably engineered by Navy folk.We are a service family too, and appreciate the detail of the King family. Consider bringing items for a charcuterie board. The local stores can set you up on your visit to the surrounding areas. The gas grill is easy to use for BBQing items. I am a forestry nerd, and the sawtooth and shagbark white oak beautifully tower on the property. They are fine specimens! It was wonderful solace with that mountain air entering the windows of the loft and flowing across the room in the early AM.

Stay for Bonnaroo music festival
Our stay was great! Everything we needed for the little time we spent there. It was farther than expected from the Bonnaroo location so it was a trek going to and from everyday but overall it worked out!

The owners were great about answering questions I had prior to my visit. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The cabin really is incredibly lovely and relaxing, though I have a couple of comments. 1. I didn't know there is a wagon by the cabin's front door to help shlep stuff from your car the cabin. Would have liked to have known that in advance. 2. The walkway to the cabin from the parking area was uneven, which made it more difficult for me to bring my stuff to the cabin. Again, had I known about wagon, it would have been easier. 3. Photos are super accurate but I was still surprised at how small the bathroom was. Maybe it's me, but the only way I could figure out how to get out of the shower was by opening the bathroom door. If you go there, you'll see what I mean. I was alone, so no biggie, but something to know if you're coming with someone. 4. The additional buildings to investigate are awesome! So nice of the owners to have built them and permit guests to use them. 5. The cabin was very well-stocked. Salt, pepper, coffee (at least two ways to make coffee!) and more. Super considerate owners. 6. I would absolutely book this lovely place again.

My wife and I enjoyed this vacation so much! We celebrated 5 years here and would definitely come back. The hiking trail under the lookout was so much fun. The cabin was cozy. I highly recommend!

Quiet location in a perfect area of Tennessee
This is a fantastic stay, tucked away on a quiet road. With its fantastic views and even better aesthetics we definitely enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for hiking and sightseeing, it was also the perfect spot to come back and unwind and relax.

Run Steep Get High
We enjoyed a nice quiet weekend in this cozy feel treehouse. We started our evening with carry out pizza from Viola Pizza on the porch overlooking the beautiful mountains. Tim started Saturday with a hot cup of coffee and a beautiful sunrise just before heading back down to Viola for the 1/2 marathon. The rest our time was spent meandering around McMinnville and then back to our cozy treehouse for an evening sunset with wine and cheese on the cliff deck below. The views speak for themselves and the comfort of the home makes for a beautiful way to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would definitely revisit!

Stayed here due to the location being close to the caverns. Very clean and LOVE the decor and sweet note left on the chalkboard. Strict rules and wasnt sure if we could use some facilities but that wasnt an issue as we were there for 1 night. Would recommend

Weekend of TAJ MAHAL at The Caverns
Absolutely fantastic. Property was immaculate. David and Kim couldn't be nicer or more accomodating. View is spectacular. My wife and frequently attend concerts at The Caverns in Pelham and this is now our go to place to stay when we do.

Amazing View
We stayed here for only one night on our way home from a long vacation, and it was a wonderful experience! There is ample room to park, and a large pull- wagon is provided so we only needed to make one trip from our car to the cabin. The cabin is very clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the view is fantastic!! Highly recommend!

Kimberly is retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. Kim is the Commander of the Manchester VFW Post 10904 and VFW District 5 Commander.
Together they have 3 sons, all grown. One son passed away. They have 4 grandchildren. We have been in this business for over 5 years.
