My Ornithology class stayed at this facility for a class trip. The place was fantastic! We had a blast and visited some great birding sites nearby.

This is our third ladies beach retreat at this location and it did not disappoint us! We all love this house. It meets all of our needs and then some. It will always be our choice! We had 34 ladies and room to spare!

The layout of the house is wonderful. We love that there is a bathroom in each room. The eating area fits all 33 of us perfectly to eat together.

Beautiful Property

This house was so beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group. We took 34 special needs adults with us and were able to separate the boys on one side and the girls on another side due to the amazing layout. There was everything there we needed to cook & clean with. The refrigerators were a great help with all of the food we had for our weekend. The house manager was very quick with responses when I texted as well as helpfull with all of the information on the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoy the house

We enjoyed the stay. The house is perfect for our small church trip. One thing we didn't know was that the weekend May 17-19, 2024 was the Jeep weekend. So the beach was very crowded.

Perfect for a staff retreat

We just love coming to this property. They hosts are wonderful and the check-in is so easy. The kitchen is fantastic for feeding large groups. This is our second time here and I hope to come back year after year.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in process was as explained. Rooms were spacious and love that each room had their own private bathroom! Kitchen had everything needed and more! We especially LOVE the dual Sub Zero fridge! The stove took some time to operate but no issues once we figured it out! Kids love the upstairs and had a blast playing cards, charades etc in a space they can call their own! Beach was just a couple of blocks over! Would definitely stay again! Great memories made at this place! Thank you for having us!

Great Experience

Short walk to the beach. The house had a great layout for large groups. We had a great time and would highly recommend to any large family or church group.

Family Beach Vacay! A Blast!

We enjoyed this house and our beach trip. The house gives plenty of room for guests privacy in bedrooms and the family area was exceptional for gatherings and fun. Huge table for eating. Also for arts and crafts, playing cards, kid activities and family games. Kitchen was excellent for cooking together. Kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to cook and dine. Communications were great with owner and manager. Highly recommend this house for large family or groups. Close to beach for walking and close to the location where you can drive on to the beach with golf carts and vehicles. Close to neighborhood grocery store. Our family has many special memories from our trip and this house was perfect for us. The kids loved it because of the amazing bunk bed rooms for Kids World! Grateful we found Renovare for our family vacay!

Great Getaway House!

The beach house was beautiful and we loved the layout! Just a little disappointed that the house was as dirty as it was considering that we had to pay a large cleaning deposit. There was broken glass between the floorboards (one of the adults cut her foot) and we did find food in the bedrooms from previous visitors (we received strict instructions not to eat in the bedrooms), the cleaning ladies were still there when we arrived at check-in. Besides the house not meeting our cleanliness expectations, we had a lovely time and would be happy to re-book in the future. Thank you.
