Plats: Palm Beach Gardens, sydost om Florida. Denna fantastiska lägenhet ligger på en av de mest önskvärda platserna i Palm Beach.

Villa Del Sole är i ett gated community med 24-timmars säkerhet, du kommer att älska den stora uppvärmda poolen, bubbelpool, 2 pooler vid poolen, matplats vid poolen, tennisbanor, fullt utrustat gym, klubbhus och lekplats.

Det stora köket har granitbänkskivor, lönnskåp och alla helt nya avancerade apparater (kyl, spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin).

Denna professionellt inredda enhet på tredje våningen innehåller alla nya möbler och mattor. Det stora sovrummet är komplett med king size-säng, 32-tums platt-TV, stor klädkammare med anpassade hyllplan och eget badrum med eget badrum. Gästsovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar på örngott, 32 "platt-TV, klädkammare och eget badrum. En separat tvättstuga inkluderar helt ny avancerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Denna lägenhet fick namnet "villa del sole" eftersom il sulan (solen) fyller varje rum med sin vackra värme och ljusa glöd. Sopas bort med den vackra utsikten över vattnet från nästan alla rum. Koppla av och njut av ditt morgonkaffe på den privata balkongen med utsikt över sjön medan du lyssnar på vattenbrunnen.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location worked perfect for beach time, shopping, and exploring. The host reached out to us several times before and during our stay. This was the best VRBO rental experience that we have had! We definitely would come back and rent it out again.

Great condo, great location

Yes you will climb 33 steps to reach the condo and yes it is worth every step! This condo is clean, safe, and has plenty of space for a family. The complex has a wonderful pool and tennis courts (bring your pickle ball rackets!) as well as a fitness center and playground. The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do in Palm Beach. Our hosts were very good with communication and the pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Property

We had a very lovely stay at our hosts beautiful home! This roomy, well-kept property had everything we needed, was homey, had a great pool, hot tub, and workout facility and was in a very convenient location. Our hosts were quick to respond and communicated everything we needed to know in a very timely manner. They were also helpful in suggesting places to go in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Condo in Palm Beach Gardens

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect: close to shopping and excellent restaurants, with a short drive to the beach and the airport. We loved using the pool, hot tub and gym facilities.

Comfortable stay, nice area!

We loved our long weekend here and enjoys the peace and quiet of the community. There are stairs to get to the top (3rd) floor condo, but we have no problem bringing our bags up and down ourselves. Proprietors were gracious when we accidentally dropped a water glass in slippery water while cleaning it and it broke. We were able to follow the instructions for access and enjoyed both the pool and the gym on site. It’s also in walking distance from nice shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, refreshing atmosphere, relaxing and beautiful. We throughly enjoyed the gym and pool and the lovely atmosphere. The owner was great to communicate with at anytime. Very convenient to everything especially to our sons’s home. We would definitely stay again.

Legacy PBG condo

We enjoyed our Florida stay. Condo was bright and sunny with a nice pool and hot tub in the complex. The owners were mostly responsive to our communications. The condo is well located for supermarkets, malls and restaurants. However, RENTER BE AWARE that there are 33 steps up to the condo with no elevator. This was difficult for us with suitcases and supermarket shopping. We wish this factor had been noted in the VRBO listing. Window and sliding door screw are in need of repair.

Beautiful place

We had a very pleasant stay! Enjoyed the huge pool, gym and tennis courts with our kids. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need to feel at home, even beach chairs/sand toys. We felt safe in this beautiful area. The hosts were very responsive and check-in instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely come back to this place if I'm in the area again!

Luxurious neighborhood

This condo was perfect for my family! Extremely quiet and secure neighborhood. Stores and beach nearby. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we were the only people using them! Nice gym, open 24 hrs. Plenty of extras at the condo to help us enjoy our stay, like beach chairs, cooler, spices, and appliances. Great communication with owner! Quiet space, well maintained grounds. Gated community to increase security. Very nice town and super close to beautiful beaches.

Great amenities!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The owner was super helpful and accommodating. Great location with so many restaurants and stores nearby. We especially loved the pool at the complex. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

Great week in Palm Beach Gardens

Really loved the property and location. Condo was clean, comfortable and served all of our needs. The pool was amazing and it was centrally located to beach, site seeing and shopping. Would highly recommend.

Nice Property

This was a nice property in good condition in a good location. It’s a great layout with a small balcony overlooking a pond and fountain. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but not a huge deal. Be aware that there are two separate flights of stairs, one on the outside to get to the unit and one upon entering to get up to the main living area. This was not a problem for us, but without an elevator it could be for others. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well equipped with towels and kitchen essentials. Remember to bring your own soaps (both hand and shower). The complex is beautiful with a nice pool, gym and walking trails. It is within walking distance of several stores and a short drive to several malls and beaches.
