The Space:

Apartment on the 5th floor with elevator. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a triple bunk bed (one on top, one in the middle, and the last one pulls out from below). There are 2 full bathrooms and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped. The complex features several pools, including a semi-Olympic pool and a wave pool (no extra cost). It also offers a gym, co-working area, kids’ play area, swing zone, and much more.

Cerritos, located in Mazatlán, is a charming coastal area that combines tranquility and natural beauty. With golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, it's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The area offers a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle, and is conveniently close to Marina Mazatlán, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Other Things to Note:

The pools are shared and located on the 1st floor. The barbecue area can be used without any problem as long as it is reserved at least one day in advance and the rules are respected—for example, glass is prohibited near the pool. The pool hours are approximately from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The wave pool has different hours, which may vary, so you’ll need to check at the activities office located in front of the semi-Olympic pool. The coworking area, gym, and kids’ play area are located on the rooftop of each tower and are also available from approximately 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
