LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This resort is conveniently located between the Branson strip, SDC, and is just minutes from the lake! These two beautiful condos are right next to each other, a quick walk to the pool (seasonally - generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day but please ask for opening/closing dates).
This listing includes the reservation of two WALK-IN side-by-side condos. Each condo has 3 bedrooms (so 6 total), each have king masters, queen beds in the second bedrooms, and bunk beds with twins on top, fulls in the middle and trundles on the bottom in the third bedrooms. The main living areas also offer full queen sofa beds. Each of our spacious condos sleep up to 10 guests for a total of 20 between the two condos, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. We even provide pack-n-plays for our littlest guests. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful relaxing condos.
What makes these Rega Stays sister condos truly special is the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy they offer. Enjoy quality time with friends and extended family during day adventures, poolside gatherings, and shared meals, then retreat to your own dedicated space when it's time to unwind. The side-by-side layout means you're close enough for impromptu gatherings but have separate sanctuaries when you need some quiet time. It's the best of both worldsâplay together all day, then have your own comfortable space to relax at night. Ideal for multi-family vacations where maintaining individual routines (especially for little ones!) is just as important as creating those magical shared memories.
Step outside onto your private decks and enjoy the privacy of your own space but still adjacent to peak around the corner and join your sister condo.
The living rooms are great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. Relax on the couches while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condos.
The kitchens are both fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals.
Rega Stays condos are also located just a few buildings down from the resort swimming pool (seasonally - generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day but please ask for opening/closing dates), and the picnic area and community grills are also just a short walk as well.

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.
First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!
Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 3 to 22 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (22), a singer (20), a softball/socialite (13), two baseball players (10 & 11), a gymnast (9) and âthe bossâ (3).
After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! â€ïž Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.
We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.
We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 30!
We hope that you will visit us and that it will become a tradition for you just as It has for us. From our family to yours, may God bless you with Peace, Love, Health, and Memories of a lifetime from your stay in Branson!
