We had a relaxing stay in this waterfront getaway. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. They gave us a comprehensive tour of the property at the beginning of our stay and promptly answered our questions when they arose. The property was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the linens plentiful. We especially appreciated the classy, antique furniture.

We had a wonderful time at Rob and Clarissa’s piece of paradise! The property was beautiful/clean and there were no shortage of activities for us to do. From swimming to fishing to kayaking, this place had it all and Rob and Clarissa always checked to see if we needed anything. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Robert went out of his way to welcome us to his property. It was comforting that he was so nearby in case we needed anything. He was responsive to text questions, as well as informative and encouraging interactions throughout our stay. We will be back. Thanks Rob! Jenn, Susan and Tami.

We had an absolutely lovely stay with Rob and Clarissa! The property was beautiful and family friendly. Our son loved the attic / children’s nook and the beds and bedrooms were all very comfortable. The kitchen, sitting areas, etc were all accommodated for and pleasant. We loved roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and sitting out by the water or the dock. Rob and Clarissa were truly gracious hosts, making our whole group (including a 5-year old, several folks with mobility challenges, and several pups) feel welcome and supported. We are so thankful for our fantastic stay and hope to return again someday! Thank you Rob & Clarissa for a memorable weekend we are most thankful for!

The property is lovely, and so are the hosts. We were all very happy with our stay. Cambridge is an interesting place, and the views from our unit were spectacular. So much to do just being on the property. We all enjoyed our long weekend.

Rental vacation that checked all the boxes

This was an extension of our original 4-day stay. We had so much wonderful and fun time that we stayed an extra day. The owners Rob and Clarissa were the best host!

We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Clarissa's Carriage House. Rob is such a friendly and helpful "innkeeper," and an interesting person to talk to. The property is a beautiful spot on the bay to relax and enjoy sunsets and campfires. Rob also has canoes, yard games, and firewood available for your stay, which makes it easy to have fun. The house itself is beautiful and cozy - Rob built it himself! And you can feel the love he put into it. If you're from the city like me, you'll be stunned by how brightly the stars in the night sky shine when you're gazing up at them from a hammock by the bay. We were so relaxed by the end of our stay, we didn't want to leave. We will have to visit again sometime!

Beautiful location with delightful water views. We enjoyed canoeing, making smores at the fire pit, going for walks in the woods and just relaxing.Rob and Clarissa great with getting us oriented to the property and available if anything came up. Our granddaughter loved the playhouse as well as the swing and hammock

From beginning to end the entire experience was amazing! Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming. The house was the perfect size for our 8 ppl and 5 dogs. They had everything we needed to spend time on the water. We hope to make regular return visits!
