We spent a week in historic Charleston, and our 96 Market St studio apt was perfect! Right across the street from the City Market, and within walking distance of EVERYTHING this district has to offer. There's a small, but very convenient kitchenette in the room with microwave, sink, med size fridge, counter space, a few dishes, silverware, mugs for coffee,and a little table w 2 chairs to enjoy meals in the room together. Windows look right out on Market St. It really is a fantastic location.

Location was perfect right on N Market St. Hosts were accomodating and let us store our luggage before and after check in and check out. Suite had everything you'd need.

The location was absolutely fabulous. The room had humidifiers and smelled of mildew. I would also give it 2 to 3 stars for cleanliness. The owners were responsive, however I would not stay here again.

Our stay at Terri and Carlos’s property was fantastic. They were both very communicative and hospitable. The home was exceptionally well located. Right next to the city market, surrounded by great restaurants, shops places to grab tasty snack. As a bonus there is a Target just a few blocks down the street along spectacular King Street shopping District. Charlestown itself is spectacular and Carlos and Terri recommended some wonderful ways to engage with the city, it’s history and it’s culture.

Nice Studio

Studio was right at the market, very convenient to all shops and restaurants. Short walk to the battery. Studio was really clean. Clean soft sheets and big towels. You do have to go up a flight of stairs. Enjoyed our stay.

Great spot

Location is central to the places we wanted to visit. It was cute. I was frustrated by the very poor WiFi and the street lighting that the shutters did not adequately block out. Those were my two pet peeves.

I came here with my Mom who is about to turn 70. It is in a great location by the market. There is a long stairway up to the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the shower floor texture and the code locks. Had a great stay!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the main areas. The market area was across the street from the room that we stayed in. The owners provided us with everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property for rental.

Our stay in Charleston was very nice. The convenience of being downtown made visiting Charleston very pleasant. We walked to all the places we wanted to visit except the plantations.

First Visit to Charleston

Super location; did not need our car; plenty of hot water/comfortable bed/clean linens. Overall review is very positive. Negatives: steps up to the unit are a little hard for older folks to navigate; we wound up paying twice for parking on the Cumberland St. ramp (left money in unit per instructions and also had same amount deducted from credit card on file).

First visit to Charleston

Beautiful studio in great location. Studio was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette made it convenient to refrigerate and heat up leftovers. On our last day we got "stuck" in an unusal snow weather event which closed most places down. The studio was very cozy so we didnt didn't mind. The location is second to none! This is the VERY BEST location in downtown Charleston! We are immediately surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and historical sites. Although we provide discounted parking at a nearby parking garage, you won't need a car to explore all that downtown had to offer as most everything is within easy walking distance.

We act as your personal concierge and are delighted to assist you in making your trip to Charleston a most memorable experience in every way! We want to be your home away from home.

In addition to our luxurious and charming suite, with top of the line bedding, we also have a bistro table and 2 dining chairs in our suite.

There is an iron and ironing board, blow dryer, a Bose Bluetooth Speaker, and a White Noise machine.

We are located in the very heart of the city surrounded by restaurants, shops and tourist destinations. Horse carriages, trolley busses and visitor traffic, especially on the weekends are part of being in the Market area. Occasional garbage trucks in the mornings and cleaning crews pressure washing the streets are to be expected.
