Ready for rental after being newly renovated. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, family friendly home sleeps 8. Spectacular mountain views & incredible sunsets overlooking the Catskill Mountains.
Great location, 2 hours North of NYC, 20 minutes to Woodstock, Kingston, Stone Ridge and Phoenicia. Close to great restaurants, hiking, groceries, markets, antiquing, skiing and wineries.
Great home for 3 couples or families with children. Great outdoor deck, barbecue & firepit for s'mores.

We live in New York City and Upstate New York and work in film and audio. Upstate we love to go out to hear music, bike ride, eat great food or just cook at home and enjoy our fabulous view.

The view of the mountains can't be beat and looks different day to day. Even our local neighbors say it's one of the best in the area.
