Välkommen till vårt lilla paradis i Florida!

Kom och njut av några magiska dagar på vår Barra Villa Resort, som är välkänd för sin sofistikerade och lekfulla atmosfär. Anläggningen består av alla 8 härliga lägenheter och studior.

Lycka oss att vi hittade och köpte det här söta huset!

Huset består av 3 enheter: "Apartment Pelican", "Apartment Flamingo" och "Studio Turtle".

Varje boende har egen ingång samt eget badrum, kök och vardagsrum / sovrum. Om så önskas kan vi ansluta Flamingo och Studio Turtle till en stor lägenhet som erbjuder plats för upp till 5 vuxna.

Det gemensamma utomhusområdet erbjuder en gasgrill och många olika sittmöjligheter.

Om du meddelar oss tidigt, är det också möjligt att hyra hela Villa Barra II eller hela Resort.

APARTMENT PELICAN

Det perfekta boendet för familjer!

mysig 2-BR-lägenhet - badrum som är åtkomligt från två sidor - direkt ingång till trädgården - renoverad i april 2017!

På grund av de två sovrummen, båda med en queen size-säng, kommer familjer med barn genast att känna sig hemma på vår lägenhet pelikan. Ett av sovrummen erbjuder tillräckligt med plats för en barnsäng och ger dessutom tillgång till badrummet.
Du hittar andra dörren med tillgång till badrummet i det välutrustade köket. Från köket kan du nå träterrassen samt trädgårdsområdet med en gasgrill och många olika sittmöjligheter.
Det fönsterade badrummet har dusch, toalett och handfat. Vi tar hand om att det finns tillräckligt med handdukar för din vistelse i vårt hus.

Kort sagt: inte bara familjer kommer att trivas i vår lägenhet pelikan!

Ft Myers D days

Here to visit friends and a quick respite from the winter in New England. Great location. Less than 20 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Nice treed and quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice one and heated. The apartment was very clean. It would be nice to have an ironing board and iron. It should also be suggested to warn guests about the water. Ft. Myers tap water is safe to drink but smells and tastes of sulfur (rotten egg). Overall quite nice.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We like having a swimming pool and laundry on the property. The biggest plus, is the location. We like to walk three miles every morning. From here you can walk along the beautiful Caloosahatchee, a very nice kids park, Publix, Nail Salon, Theatre, many, many restaurants and bars and my husband was even able to walk to Physical Therapy. This was our second stay at this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Cozy and Clean Cottage

This was our first stay at a VRBO property, and I was impressed with the communication and check in process. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a shabby chic decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the Publix grocery store and a great coffee shop.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Liegt sehr zentral und ein Publix ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Florida 2023

We stayed in the Pelican apartment in Ft Meyers and loved it. It was small but just the right size for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on this vacation, had grocery and shopping close by - literally has a grocery store within walking distance. We loved that it had a pool. We spent most evenings relaxing at the pool. Both my daughter and I agreed that we would definitely rent this unit again.

Good Value at Altamont Manor

Altamont Manor provided good value for the cost. It was clean, had good amenities including a kitchen, porch, backyard, grill, laundry, bicycles and pool. It’s close to downtown Fort Myers, waterfront and Edison-Ford Home.

Small TV snd only TV. Not happy with reception or size of TV. Add one to bedroom. There are rainy days in Florida that small TV was a bummer.

Within walking distance to town

We really enjoyed the pool at the property! We walked to town a couple of times and also to the Publix Store which is only a block away! Condo was clean.

Bra familiebolig

Hadde en ferieuka med 2 åring og en 8 månaders baby. Gav tilbakemelding om bedre vask av gulv.. men er vanlig å gå med skor inne i Usa og leiligheten var fresh ellers. Stort pluss med flere laken/håndklæ og tilgang til vask med småbarn. Pool var oppvarmet og området føltes trygt.

Nice place in a good location

Conveniently located to downtown. Pool was vey nice. If I had a complaint it would be that no local tv or mainstream channels were available, however, we were able to get Netflix and other streaming services.

Very close to downtown

This is a nice little apartment that was conveniently located close to downtown restaurants and very close to Publix grocery store. We appreciated the laundry access as we were there for several days. The couch was quite comfortable and we loved the front and back porch as well as the pool. Beds were a little hard with slippery sheets, not sure why they limit the toilet paper to 2 rolls only when we were there for 8 days, and there were no local channels on the TV but these are small items. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It worked out well for our short trip.

Property manager was very nice

Great place -- pool was maybe four or five feet - not that deep.. But go up to Northport FLA hot springs if you are out that way - great place to swim so didn't need pool all that much. All in all very fair deal and nice people.
