Great apartment located in the Genipabu - Club House condominium, which has 24-hour security, parking, a playground, sports courts and an excellent gourmet area with barbecue, outdoor furniture and adult and children's pools!
The apartment has 3 excellent suites, perfect for accommodating 8 people. It is well-ventilated, has a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay and a balcony with a view of the condominium.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$ 700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The suites are arranged as follows:
Suite 1: 1 queen bed, TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
Suite 2: 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
Suite 3: 2 single beds, 2 single mattresses, air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
Note: Suites 2 and 3 share a bathroom.
**To use the condominium's barbecue, a fee must be paid.

It has the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized voluntary eco-labels in the world and that only 14 beaches have won. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.
The distance from the condominium to Praia de Guarajuba is only 600m! Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 30 km.
