Kihei Kai Nani 250 is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king sized bed and plenty of storage to unpack and relax. A queen sleeper sofa is provided in the living area for additional guests.
The condo features a private lanai with garden views, a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, enjoy your meal indoors at the table for 4 or on your private lanai. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and separate vanity area. To keep cool, there are ceiling fans throughout the condo and a window A/C in the living room. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the unit.
Kihei Kai Nani also offers a large pool, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and an on-site laundry facility. Please note, there is no elevator in the building. Located in sunny South Kihei, this condo is just steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beaches I, II, and III, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. It's also conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and popular golf courses like Wailea and Makena.
