-Guest Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and closet
-Living Room: Comfortable sofa and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space
-Convenience: A half-bathroom downstairs adds to your comfort and convenience
-Please note this is a 2 story townhome. Two of the bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are upstairs.

Parking: The home offers a private driveway with space for up to 2 vehicles. Additional overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Trailers are prohibited on the property.

Additional Information:
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent Mermaid Cove and are required to email a photo ID at the time of booking. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay.
-A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not signed and the reservation is not paid in full, you will not receive the arrival information. Provided all requirements are met, the arrival details will be emailed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
-Third party bookings are NOT allowed.
-Trailers are NOT allowed to park in the community.
-No smoking, no pets, nor any events allowed.
-Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Central Time. You may request an early arrival for an additional fee; however, please note that it is not guaranteed, as it depends on the availability of the unit after morning check-outs. If you require an early arrival, you may consider booking for the night prior.
-Check-out is strictly at 10 AM Central Time. Any departure after this time will result in an additional fee.
-Winter guests welcome for mid-term stays of November to the end of February.
