Villa Morfo din perfekta port

Villa Morfo är en familjeorienterad fullt utrustad villa nära Latchi. Koppla av i den rymliga öppna loungen och ät dig intill den privata poolen som är omgiven av en vacker trädgård!

Ingångsdörren öppnar in i öppen planlösning / matplats, med satellit-TV, trådlöst internet, DVD-spelare och CD-spelare, möblerad med mjuka soffor, fåtölj och ett matbord, som ligger framför altandörrarna med utsikt över badet slå samman.

Köket har ytterligare bord och stolar och är utrustat med tvättmaskin, kyl och frys, mikrovågsugn, ugn, Nespresso-maskin och spis. Köksdörren leder ut till en bakre uteplats med utsikt över carobträdet bakom.

En hall leder till de två sovrummen: Det stora sovrummet har eget badrum med duschrum och altandörrar som leder till poolområdet. Det finns också ett tvåbäddsrum och dessa två rum är åtskilda av det helkaklade badrummet. Båda sovrummen är utrustade med luftkonditioneringsenheter. Två hårtork finns.

Utanför är den privata poolen 8m x 4m omgiven av en terrass med solstolar och parasoller. Gränsar till detta är en gräsmatta och blomsterbäddar med färgglada rosor, pelargoner och hibiskus. En bärbar BBQ tillhandahålls utomhus på sommaren.

Du är 3 minuter med bil till alla de viktigaste stränderna i området och 4 minuters avstånd till Latchi Harbour.

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Morfo. The house and the pool were very clean, the villa is equipped with everything you need. And of course: The owners of the villa are very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Great trip, great villa.

Villa Morfo

Great sized villa which is not overlooked by anyone which is ideal for us. The owners are super hosts, sometimes staying next door which they also own. Slight downside was proximity to roads so bit of traffic noise during the day.

Welcoming Friendly Beautiful Tranquility

Spacious villa with absolutely beautiful grounds. Very warm family who we met throughout our stay. We booked it without thinking about flights and check out times but they were happy for us to store our cases and then return later to get changed, which was greatly appreciated. Latchi and Polis are quiet but both had some very nice restaurants, especially The Old Town restaurant. On the whole we all had a fabulous holiday in an amazing villa, with a lovely family. Thank you.

Ideal location!!really clean and excellent house!!

Great hosbitality by the owners!!the house has a great location since is 200 meters away from the sea. One of the days that we stayed there we went to the sea by feet. The house has everything you may need.no need to take anything with you. Even the day that we had a problem with our car the owner suggested to drive us of we needed to go somewhere. There is a pool as well but who needs it when the sea is just 200 meters away!! The house is suitable for families with children since there is a big garden in front of it. Higly reccomended if you visit Latsi in Paphos!!!

Autumn sun

Booking process, communication with host was excellent. Demetris and eleni visit the property at weekend, we arrived on Wednesday late and as arranged the light was on and the key available. Milk, bread fruit and water was available to us and we was very grateful . I would say a car is essential as there aren't many facilities nearby but nearby the area is beautiful with everything you need. We live In a town in the UK so are not used to countryside and the creatures, spiders, cockroaches and lizards did try and make themselves at home in the house also cats wandered in if we left the patio doors open. We had an enormous storm on the 4th night and the 2 patio chairs ended in the swimming pool, a leak in the ensuite ceiling, this was quickly sorted by demitri although the persistent rain didn't help and it did repeat until the rain stopped on the 4th day. I don't know about pool maintenance but we couldn't go in the pool due to the spiders, cockroaches, worms and other insects on the floor of the pool, a pool hoover was used at the weekends by the family but it only rectified it for that day, not sure what could be done to prevent this ? If like me you don't welcome insects, creatures then not the place for you. But lovely family thankyou for your hospitality

sonnige Zeit in Nordzypern

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und schnell. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsselsafe. Beim Einzug konnten wir uns zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, ein wenig Gebäck und einen Obstteller freuen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und 2 Badezimmer/Toiletten sind auch gut. Allerdings lässt der Wasserdruck ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Frauen mit langen Haaren brauchen viel Geduld um das Shampoo aus den Haaren zu bekommen. Positiv überrascht waren wir, dass wir deutsches Fernsehen empfangen konnten. Der Pool und der schön angelegte Garten sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nach Ausflügen. Die nahegelegene Straße ist zu hören aber nicht störend. Was aus den Bildern und der Beschreibung nicht hervorgeht, es handelt sich um ein Doppelhaus. Der Vermieter bzw. dessen Eltern können vor Ort sein. Die Eltern sind sehr nett und diskret, aber wer für sich allein sein will und eventuell etwas freizügiger auf der Terrasse ist,.... Etwas nervig war die tägliche Jagd nach den Kakerlaken. Aber dies ist ein Problem, welches in südlichen Ländern nie ganz auszuschließen ist. Unterm Strich eine schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Beautiful villa

This villa is beautiful & very well maintained to a high standard with a fabulous pool. It catered for all our needs and the welcome pack was very much appreciated, loved the fresh fruit from the families own garden & little home made cakes. In a great location for Latchi harbour and surrounding area. Would not hesitate booking this villa again in the future. We loved sitting out in the beautiful big garden each evening, you can also find sun or shade from morning to night. To sum it up = Fabulous *****

Wonderful

Lovely clean and comfortable villa, well stocked, friendly owners, great communication throughout (even with the complications caused by covid), the pool was very welcome, short walk to Latchi and even shorter walk to the friendly Souli restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

Great stay! The house is well located, with an amazing, clean swimming pool, by a beautiful garden. Rooms are large and clean. Demetrius and his family were next door and catered to our every need, including amazing chocolate cookies hand made by Heleni. Overall great value for money!

Just The Ticket

Small villa situated 15 minutes walk from Latchi where we had several good lunches and evening meals with really good service and very well priced menus. Property was well kept and we were greeted with fresh treas, fruit and wine in the fridge. All in all a very private property with your own pool so get up, eat, drink, sleep exactly as you wish. very restful and enjoyable stay.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber!

Uns hat die Zeit in der Villa sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren nur zu zweit dort, aber die Villa ist für bis zu 4 Personen sehr gut nutzbar, genügend Platz für alle. Diverse Wilkommensleckerli warteten auf uns. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist geräumig und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist ca. 3-5 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt, ebenso die lokale Einkaufsmeile inkl. Supermarkt. Freundliche Vermieter und immer zur Stelle falls einmal etwas sein sollte. Ergo: Alles Bestens und empfehlenswert für kürzere oder längere Auszeiten. Thumbs up!

Wonderdul villa and owners

The villa itself is excellent, well-appointed with all the amenities you would expect. The welcome pack was most welcome indeed. Air con is in both bedrooms and all the electrics are English three pin design. Potable filtered water is supplied via a separate tap in the kitchen thus saving buying and lugging gallons of bottled water. The cleaning is thoroughly done weekly by a friendly Vietnamese lady and is arranged on a day and time of your convenience. Villa Morfo is set in private grounds with a pretty, well established garden, surrounded by lemon and orange trees. The property is only a mile from the shops, restaurants and bars of Latchi and 200 metres from the nearest coastline (go straight across the main road and down to the sea. There’s a quiet, short walk towards the west from here). The quaint village of Neo Chorio is above and behind the villa, accessed via quiet lanes if you fancy a walk with elevated views. The charming town of Polis is just a short drive away where there are larger supermarkets, fuel stations and more excellent restaurants and bars. Villa Morfo is owned by the Demetriou family. Such genuine, friendly and generous people. It was our loss that we did not get to meet sons Charis or George, however we had the absolute pleasure to meet their parents Dimitri and Eleni. Eleni is the most wonderful cook, she baked us cakes and desserts to die for. Eleni’s charming father Archimedes popped in from time to time to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and brought us the best Koupepia (dolmades) I have ever tasted. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Villa Morfo and very much look forward to returning here in the future.
