Welcome to our sleek, newly completed 2024 townhome! Just a short drive to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and T-Mobile Park, it’s perfect for exploring Seattle. Welcome to our brand-new luxury townhome, completed in fall 2024 and located in the vibrant Beacon Hill neighborhood! This thoughtfully designed home combines modern comfort with upscale touches, including heating and cooling on all three floors and heated tile floors in both bathrooms for added luxury.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a rooftop deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in the views. On clear days, you may even catch a glimpse of Mount Rainier right from the home.

While the property does not include an assigned parking spot, guests will find ample free street parking available on the surrounding streets with no permits or meters required. Public transportation is also close by, and the city recently added a bike lane along the main street in front of the property, making it even easier to explore the area by bike or on foot.
Although the home does not have an in-unit washer and dryer, there are several convenient laundromats and dry cleaning services located nearby, making it easy to take care of laundry during your stay without any hassle.

For your safety and security, this property is equipped with cameras on the premises. Two cameras monitor the alleyway. These are exterior-only cameras to ensure privacy while providing added peace of mind during your stay.
The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in the kitchen in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen & dinning area.
We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty all the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked
- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure
