Stunning views of the Marco River and Gulf located across from Tiger Tail Beach, enjoy coffee in the mornings from the breakfast area watching the boats head out for the day then cocktails in the afternoon on the large private lanai overlooking all the boating activity. This 2,200 sf condo is a one of a kind property on the charming Isles of Capri in the gated community of La Peninsula just across the river from Marco Island. Just professionally decorated with new linens, new décor, new rugs, all new kitchen ware, all new light fixtures, recently painted in decorator colors. Split floor plan with three BR 2 1/2 baths, quartz counter tops, built-in wine cooler, large entertainment center. Covered parking area with covered access to the elevator. La Peninsula is a gated community with lush tropical grounds, a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and under construction tennis and pickle ball courts. There is a waterfront walking path around the property, lots of other places to walk plus six provided bikes to ride to the local restaurants on the island. This property is ideally positioned between Marco Island and Naples with easy access to pristine beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment. Isles of Capri is a charming waterfront neighborhood with great restaurants within walking or bike riding distance. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. You never have to leave the island unless you want to go to the beaches or restaurants on Marco. Take a shuttle boat ride from Marco to Keewaydin beach for the day or just a few hours (food boats there on certain days).
Owner is looking for a 4-5 month high season renter. Condo policy limits rentals to a 30-day minimum and no more than four rentals per year. If unable to book desired dates during December - April please contact owner to discuss. You won’t be disappointed with this home and won’t want to leave.
If renting from December - April there is no refund therefore I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case your plans change.
Tenant is responsible for electric bill over $150 per month and cleaning at least once per month.

We are from Virginia and would love to share our property with you. We can’t be there all the time so would love for someone else to enjoy it when we can’t. We have been coming to Isles of Capri for about eight years to visit my brother who has a second home there and when this property came up for sale, we decided to purchase it. We love boating around Isles of Capri, Marco and Naples. Selecting a restaurant is a hard decision with so many delicious ones in Naples and Marco rather it be causal to upscale five star. It’s just a fun and relaxing place to visit.

Isles of Capri is away from the heavy traffic and all the tourists on Marco. It’s a quaint little island with a few restaurants that are fun to visit and you can ride the bikes to. There are water views all around the island and lots of places to walk. There is a waterfront walking trail around La Peninsula which is a gated community. It’s a wonderful area for people with sophisticated taste that expects more than vacationing at a beach. Yet it’s only about two miles from Marco.

The outstanding view is what makes this property unique. It’s so enjoyable to watch all the boats heading out in the morning while having coffee at the breakfast area in the kitchen. All day long the boats in the Marco River are riding around fishing, joy riding or headed to Tiger Tail Beach which is right across from the condo.
