This neighborhood is peaceful, welcoming, and perfectly situated for exploring Bend. Itâs close to everythingâtrails, shops, the riverâbut still feels like a quiet retreat at the end of the day. I love how friendly it is here, how the light hits the trees in the morning, and how quickly you can get from coffee to mountains. Itâs the kind of place that makes you feel like you can exhale.
