This cabin exceeded our expectations in almost every way. There was plenty of space for all 16 of us, and having private bedrooms and bathrooms was a major plus. The pavilion was the best part, providing a central space for us to gather without feeling crowded, and the view while not the best we've seen still provided a beautiful backdrop. Avant was excellent at communication and very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub, providing a credit when learning it needed repairs. It would have been even better if there were more kitchen supplies such as cutting boards, extra pots and a large skillet as we cooked all meals in the cabin and it was sometimes challenging. I do recommend bringing extra batteries as the TV remotes downstairs were all missing them and I remember seeing references to that in comments from previous guests. Regardless we had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this cabin for any large groups.

The Mountains Are Calling

This is a beautiful 8 BR/9BA Log home on 2 floors with adjacent pavillion which has indoor pool below pavillion. Located near Dollywood; also convenient for visiting Gatlinburg.

Beautiful Chalet; poorly maintained

We all felt this was an amazing structure and everything in the pictures were there. But upon closer inspection, i.e. arrival the view was different. There were a few things we all felt should be added for guest comfort. • Luggage racks in all the bedrooms • A few hangers in the closet • NO closet in two bedrooms(no usable closet space due to water heaters) • Mirrors in the room • Sitting chairs/sofas in all bedrooms • Functioning Ice Makers on both Fridges( doorway fridge icemaker down upon arrival, stove fridge icemaker died Saturday; only intermittent ice after that) • NO sharp knives in the kitchen(we had to purchase a couple) • Functioning TV in the Bedrooms(no network connections until Monday, ALL remote batteries need changing) The maintenance team here is slipping. Upon Arrival we noted: Microwave door handle broken Living Room Recliners broken in the reclined position; impossible to let down into normal sitting: Several Adirondack chairs broken or near broken Hot tub without steps: Downstair A/C shuts off when pan fills; had to soak up water every few hours to maintain A/C This required constant attention throughout the weekend To us these are small fixes which would definitely make a difference to your guests upon arrival. Baseball Trip

We were in TN for a baseball tournament and stayed here with 3 other families. The house and location were perfect. The host was amazing as well. Besides the futons having food in the creases, everything else was clean. The host did contact a cleaning company who came out the next day.

Beware!

Very disappointed in this place! I picked this place out for the pool, hot tub and game room for my grandbabies to enjoy. There was 20 of us there and only 15 plates to eat off. It says it accomidates for 30 but the plates and cooking items do not. pool and hot tub was filthy, arrived on Thursday and notified the owner they were nasty, was suppose to have a pool cleaner come on Saturday and they never showed up. Most recliners are broke, microwave handle was broke, top railing of bunk bed was broke so I wouldn't let my grandbabies sleep up there. There was no air hockey as shown in picture, the pool table it shows so nice was ripped up, top was warped and the leg was busted and broke. We couldn't play a game on it. The corn holes were broke and half the bags were thrown over the balcony off the hill. There was a yard connect four and it was broke and most the pieces were thrown down the hill. The toaster one side didn't pop up and burnt the toast and other side you had to hold down. One room the toilet paper holder was not on wall just throwed under the sink. Many of the drawers in the dressers were broke. For the money we spent it was a huge disappointment and dont go by those pictures because the looks are deceiving.
