This brand-new, Scandinavian-designed, custom built spacious lakefront Maine cottage is idyllically located — and just 30 feet from its own private dock on Norton Pond. With lake frontage and views from most rooms, you’ll have found a perfect spot for relaxation and family fun. 

Upon entering the Blue Cottage, you are greeted with a sitting area, a deluxe kitchen, complete with custom white oak cabinets and dishwasher, and a dining area with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the Pond. The attention to craftmanship and detail was well-thoughtout by the long time owners of the previous cottage while they prepared for its make over and new design. As you travel to the back part of the main floor, you will find a hallway leading to a full bathroom with custom cabinetry and a tiled shower. Across the hall is a queen bedroom. Blue Cottage is just an 8-minute drive into downtown Camden and Penobscot Bay waterfront. The cottage is walking distance to the Lincolnville General Store, which offers grocery basics, as well as, gourmet entrees and pizza, along with local organic produce. Lincolnville Beach is a short 10-minute drive and Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are less than 2 hours from the house for a perfect day trip up scenic Route 1.

The yard is beautifully landscaping and well-manicured with an additional parking area across the street.
