Weekend Away

Perfectly located property in the center of all Dewey Beach has to offer. We could not have stayed in a space that more perfectly fit the needs of our group! Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Location close to loud club close to the beach

Great location within walking distance to Dewey Beach. Well kept and clean. Convenient walking distance to stores and dining. Huge drawback-loud and noisy starting at 4 pm- Friday through the weekend. Bedrooms are very close to Bottle and Cork club with loud, live music. No sound proofing in the rooms. Would not recommend for a weekend stay for families.

Fun Dewey rental!

I booked this house with 7 other adults. We really enjoyed the amenities and location, which is very central to all of the nearby bars, restaurants, shops and of course the beach. The house was clean and there were a number of items there that we hadn't expected: beach toys, extra bedding, a cot etc. The outdoor shower is a wonderful addition, as well! The only thing we weren't totally clear on was parking--there are 2 spots under the unit with additional street parking available at the Town Hall. Definitely a worthwhile rental experience!

The condo is beautiful and close the beach. But the noise from the club 100 feet away was a problem.

This is a beautiful condo and so close to the beach! Great for a vacation with 2 daughters and their grandma. Unfortunately we had not figured out on our own that it's 100 feet away from an open air concert venue. Fortunately our kids are very sound sleepers and we actually enjoyed the performers but it's not the best location for families with small kids or people who want to go to sleep before the town enforces the noise ordinance at 1 am. The condo itself was lovely, well maintained, and super close to a great beach. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus! But have to give lower stars since there is no advance warning on the noise issue.
