Place at the Beach-3F

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was nicely furnished & in good condition. A/C worked great. Nice view of the beach & ocean. The only issue of consequence was the bed in the master bedroom. It was so worn & uncomfortable that after our first night there we moved to the twin beds in the other bedroom. We didn't bother reporting it while we were staying there, as we didn't expect a new bed to be delivered. But this is something the mgmt may want to look into for future guests. We did report two burnt-out lights in the hall outside our unit door. They were promptly repaired that same day. Otherwise the building appeared well maintained. In fact there were painters on-site during our stay, painting the exterior halls & siding. The bldg is in a nice quiet location, with adequate parking.

Not bad for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, beach access and condo. Only negative was it was much smaller than expected. Sleeps 6 but there's really only enough room for, at max, 4 people's belongings. Had a wonderful time and would recommend to a family of 4 or less who is looking for a family friendly place to stay!!!!

Would rent here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean and had an updated kitchen with lots of dishes which made it nice to just use and load the dishwasher and still have plenty to use the rest of the week, running it the last day. Being on the end of the building gave us more windows at the front which was really nice! Bedrooms were good sizes with plenty of space. The only thing that was not convenient was the elevator is at the opposite end of the ramp.

Beautiful sunrise and location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, beautiful sunrise and location in Garden City. The leather couch in the living room should be oriented as it makes it impossible to open the windows. It is also quite dated. Quiet condo, we enjoyed the balcony. Smell of cigarette in elevator was not pleasant. The queen size bed is very comfortable. All in all, it's a nice unit with everything you need to make make great holidays.

Exactly what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely visit at A Place at the Beach. The condo was nice and clean and the view of the balcony overlooking the ocean was so peaceful. The beach was not crowded as the location was far enough from the pier and the bigger condos near Surfside. We had an issue with our toilet leaking into the condo below, but Garden City realty and the plumber made it an easy fix that did not keep us away from the beach for long. Not only was the condo nice and clean, but it was on the top floor and in a very private location. We never heard noise from the neighbors. We were very happy with this location and will certainly consider it again for future stays!

A Place At The Beach 3F

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late & I need an updated phone so I didn't get the email about picking up the key. I called the emergency# to report property damage. A very nice & helpful man calmed me down & brought me my keys & paperwork. Me had a wonderful time. The room was great. The couch seemed very worn & it would've been terrific to have an elevator on the beach end. I longer boardwalk would be an improvement too. Pompous Grass by the pool looks beautiful but does cause allergies & headache.Overall am satisfied with my stay.I have cancer in my leg & my mom is 79 so the walking to the elevator was a little & up & down hall or taking the stairs was a little ruff but also good for us.🏖

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed an excellent vacation! The realty staff were helpful, efficient, and responsive. Love that we do not even have to go inside the building to pick up and drop off keys! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The elevator seems to need some work. It was very slow and stopped between floors once. Two of our family members have to use the elevator. Would be great if that could work a little better.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at the beach. We love this complex, and this unit was in particularly good shape. One small point: the unit needs a new toaster. I've never seen a toaster that toasts on only one side of the bread.

A place at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for my family! Plenty of room, all the necessities for cooking down to beach toys and a float for the pool. The condo was extremely clean and also had cleaning appliances at hand for the sand. The washers and dryers worked great, the neighbors and other visitors were super welcoming. The beach was right there for us and the balcony view was priceless. I highly recommend checking out the Gulf Stream cafe across the street, walking distance. The only downfall would be no golf carts allowed parked on the property but that’s totally ok! We rented one for the day and had no problems cruising around. This place was so amazing we are going to come back again for sure!
