Beautiful cottage

Beautiful spacious cottage close to many ski areas. Loved the open kitchen. The great room was perfect for family hangouts with the beautiful fireplace and gorgeous comfy couch.Host was very accommodating.

A secluded getaway - perfectly stunning

Spent 4 nights at this gorgeous cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in stunning accommodations. The owners, Michelle and Ben were fantastic to deal with....answered all of my questions in a timely manner and are genuinely nice people. Can't wait to go back...hopefully for a longer stay!

Beautiful cabin

Perfect getaway

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay! It was ideal for our children with so much for them to do. Pédalo, fishing (they caught tons) kayaking, they caught frogs and enjoyed the fire nightly outside! The place was super well furnished with more than enough stock in the kitchen for cooking and hosting and super clean! We will book again for sure!

Great chalet for R&R

Very clean chalet with all the amenities (i.e., spa, wood-burning fireplace, BBQ, nice open-plan kitchen with gas stove, microwave). There are 2 closed bedrooms with Queen beds, one upstairs and one on the main floor. And 2 twin beds on the open mezzanine floor.

Proprio et gérant de la propriété tres courtois et rapides à répondre. Tres belle propriété, contemporaine, construction de qualité, et très bien entretenue. Tres bien équipée aussi. La clim fonctionne tres bien. Veranda avec ventilateur et moustiquaire est un gros plus, très agreable d'y être. Bain, douche, jacuzzi, laveuse/secheuse, foyer, BBQ, tout est top qualité et top condition. Le lac sans bateau à moteur est très calme. Belles chaises Adirondack, et dock bien situé au bout du lac.Attention pannes d'electricité frequentes dans cette region. Ce qui signifie pas de toilette car la maison est sur un puits comme les chalets du coin. Mais les pannes sont habituellement de courte durée.A noter: le pedalo aurait besoin d'une corde pour l'amarrer au dock. Le gazon tres long et les arbustes auraient besoin d'une bonne coupe, ca ferait aussi un meilleur coup d'oeil à l'arrivée. Et...besoin de plus de coupes de vin :)

Family reunion

I rented the house so that my family and friends could spend time with me as I live 2000 miles away. It worked out perfectly! Michelle, the owner, responded to my questions quickly. The house is lovely and quite large with a beautiful hot tub. The lake is not good for swimming but there are two kayaks and a peddle boat. Enjoyed every minute.

Perfect romantic getaway during peak leaf changing season!

The host couldn’t have been more lovely. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Everything was very clean, even the dishes! We only used the first floor master so can’t attest to the upstairs bedrooms, but the bed was really comfortable. Hot tub outside and soaking tub inside were both fantastic and the view from the dock was exquisite. Very small critiques (meant only as a note for owners): fireplace was emitting a ton of smoke back into the house so we had to keep the glass doors shut the entire time. Our entire suitcase smelled like a campfire when we got home. And it would help to leave out more paper towels and dish sponges. There were plenty of cloth dish towels, however. Guests should know to bring their own wood too because there wasn’t any there. But it wasn’t a big deal because we brought a lot from home and there was a grocery store 12 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality! We would love to visit again!

Super séjour dans les Laurentides

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce très beau chalet, doté de tout le confort et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié sa situation au calme, au bord d’un lac et néanmoins proche de Montréal. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

This property is simply amazing. Not only is it beautiful, but it features many amenities that increase the true value of this space. The host took everything into consideration and made it easy for us to navigate the space and make it ours for a weekend. It was extremely clean and featured a large kitchen and living room. There were ample towels and everything we needed. The host also gave us a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. We simply enjoyed our stay and got much needed relaxation.

Spacious & gorgeous waterfront retreat

My husband and I traveled to this gorgeous location with our two young children and my parents. The cottage was absolutely perfect; my parents stayed in the main floor master suite, and the kids stayed in the bedroom upstairs. My husband and I slept in the bed in the open loft. My dad has mobility issues and this place was perfect - so much space on the main floor! We were so comfortable. The leaves changed colour the week that we stayed, so we enjoyed walks around the lake, and stunning sunrises over the misty lake. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no trouble preparing our meals. The fireplace was incredible, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous place.

Me and my husband began our life together 23 years ago, being two very different people that strived to learn from each other.

Spending the most of our time together as not only a couple but best friends. Every project we began, from planning unique vacations to building numerous homes, we would not only share our ideas but research every aspect. This enabled us to optimize our satisfaction based on our common values and interests.

Built in 2011, our cottage home was our ultimate project. It would be our weekly getaway to leave all our stresses behind of owning our own family business.

Tired of renting cottages that did not live up to what we imagined we could build ourselves. We put our heart and our time into building a cottage that reunited diverse 'wow' ideas that we could never find under one roof . Some of our ideas :

- cathedral wood ceilings

- maconery custom fireplace offering wood fires similar to campfire outdoors

- a master bedroom on main floor with overflow bathtub and optional doors opening to a direct view of fireplace while relaxing in the bath

- a hot tub only a few feet away from our master bath and bedroom

Why did we decide to rent our cottage?

Our 5 year old son was starting school in 2017, we could therefore only spend 1 or 2 days a week there when ideally we would live there full-time.

Our idea was therefore to offer other families and friends the possibility to share their own priceless moments.

We therefore wish you and your family or friends to experience a unforgettable stay. Because in the end, those are the moments that count and that we remember all our lives.
