Tack för att beskåda denna fantastiska 3 sovrum / 2. 5 badrum hem ligger i Coral Lagoon i Marathon, FL. Denna enhet har den finaste platsen i hela utvecklingen. Det är Unit # 1, ett slut enhet, på en punkt mycket med fantastiska utsikt över bukten. De flesta av de andra enheterna möter en mager kanal.

Fråga för exakt prissättning. Priserna är baserade på hur många gäster, vistelsetid och tid på året.

Denna enhet erbjuder också en stor sida gården längs sidan av hemmet. Detta är perfekt för barnen att ha ett visst utrymme att spela eller bara ett bra ställe att koppla av. Det finns också en stor uppvärmd pool på plats.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, och ett badrum. Det finns tillgång till övervåningen däck genom sovrummet. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning säng och det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Det finns en annan komplett badrum ligger precis utanför dessa två sovrum.

Köket är välfylld och redo att användas. Enheten har nyligen uppdaterats med nya möbler och mattor. Det finns platt-TV i alla rum och internet tjänsten tillhandahålls.

Du kan koppla av under täckt däck och njuta av den fantastiska utsikten. Ett däck är nere nås via vardagsrummet på andra däck är på övervåningen nås via sovrummet.

Det finns också ett båthus Marina på plats med full service; inklusive båt ramp, bränsle, vatten, is och fisk rengöring anläggningar. Bara några steg från enheten är en båt slip som kan rymma upp till en 40 fots båt. Slip är utrustad med både el och vatten. Från denna enhet, har du tillgång till Vaca Cut i mindre än 3 minuter med båt, vilket gör att du kan vara havet eller bay sida på bara några minuter.

Denna plats är mycket nära till många aktiviteter, stränder, restauranger, shopping och droghandel. Alla är minuter bort. Jag kommer gärna att hjälpa till med rekommendationer för fiske och Dyk privilegiebrev samt båtuthyrning.

Jag hyr enheten privat så att du kommer att spara hundratals dollar $$$. Detta är en mycket tyst, ren och fredlig plats. Du kommer inte bli besviken.

Tveka inte att höra med alla frågor du kan ha.

Observera att incheckningen är klockan 15:30 eller efter och checka ut är klockan 10.30, om inte tidigare arrangemang görs.

Dessutom finns det ingen offensiv lukta livsmedel som skall stekt i mitt hem, är detta för artighet framtida gäst. Bacon / fisk etc ..

Great place to stay!

We had six adults and it was very accommodating. Ted was very helpful with places to visit and great places to eat. The corner unit was the best! Can’t say anything negative. I highly recommend this place.

A cozy stay

We really enjoyed the corner house, it’s just a couple steps to the docks! We could easily stroll mornings/evenings to look for fish and admire the boats. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool, along with the beautiful pool! Our only recommendation would be to do a deep clean and to update the TVs, but these things would not prevent us from returning! Thanks for a great stay that felt like home!

Family wedding trip to Marathon

Let me start off by saying this unit is the best on the property and had a gorgeous view. Very nicely decorated with a tasteful island vibe. Very spacious and was clean upon arrival which is a huge bonus. The check in/out process was very easy and communication with the host was timely. The grounds were beautifully kept and was a quiet family friendly atmosphere. Other guests were friendly at the pool and the pool temps were heated just right and the water was clean. The only slight negative I would mention is that a few light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom vanity all the tv remotes did not work until we replaced the batteries and one of the guest tvs was not working at all. Ultimately that did not bother us much as we were out sightseeing and attending a family wedding over several days. We only cared to watch tv as we were going to bed in the evening. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I were in Marathon as it was central to restaurants and shopping.

Awesome place and location

we loved the location and the view. If you want to use the boat dock you need to bring proof of insurance and have to pay extra if you park at the boat dock and also for leaving your trailer.

We were so impressed with our accommodations. The views were spectacular from the deck with morning coffee. Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent location on Marathon. Highly recommend.

Florida Keys oasis

Ted was a great host. Extremely responsive and accommodating. Very quiet for being right off the main strip. Walking distance to attractions and food options. Nice having a cross-walk over the highway close by. The property was a great place to spend time with family. Wide open floor plan that 6 adults fit perfectly into. Straight forward check-in, boat slip and great atmosphere. The back porch was set up perfectly for watching the sunrise and sunset. Super simple checkout process with limited to-do’s was a plus. Definitely would recommend Ted as a host and will seek out for future trips.

Great Water Views

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Coral Lagoon. It offers a great water views from the back porch and the balcony from the master bedroom. We caught a couple sunrises at the property. Its location was convenient to the turtle hospital, Crane Point Hammock, and Bahia Honda State Park. The home was clean. The only complaint we had was the beds weren't very comfortable. The mattresses seemed a bit dated. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great spot for boaters!

The space is just as advertised. Clean and very comfortable. The large dock is right outside the back door. Super easy to access the Atlantic and the Gulf. The only improvemwnts i would note, is that the bed in the 2nd bedroom is very firm and not easy to get comfortable on.

Location, Location, Location

We brought our boat down and had the slip right at our backdoor. There is a fish cleaning station and the marina was so great. We were able to leave our trailer on site. There is an extra charge for launch and trailer storage but it's not expensive. The house is laid out great and the master is amazing.

Great Townhouse and Location, Cleanliness Issues

This home was perfect for our stay other than some of the rooms and bathrooms being very small. We were not at the house very much so that didn't matter. However, we had an issue with some sort of insect in the guest bed. Ted did his best from afar to get cleaning out to change the sheets but whatever it was came back. I would be careful about making sure that issue is taken care of prior to booking this house. Other than that issue the home was great.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the back porch, pool and access to great restaurants. The pictures are true to what you find here. Clean! A few thoughts: We didn’t make many meals but if you plan to eat in, bring or buy everything including spices, oil, etc. We found the master bed and the twins to be comfortable but the queen bed is very firm. The bathrooms offer all you need in terms of towels, hair dryer (vintage but works!), shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The floors are all tile and minimal rugs, so sound does travel. Master bath - could use a rack for shampoo etc. and it would be nice if bar soap was provided vs body wash only Upstairs twin room - suggest oiling the door hinges, very squeaky. Kitchen- stove burners all work but a few burners lights don’t go on to indicate they are on. Could use new frying pans and cookie sheets and kitchen towels. Living room Tv- instructions as to what each of the 3 remotes are for. We ultimately figured out only one was useful- the xfinity one since there’s only cable available. We got out well before the checkout time but it was confusing since some documents said 10am, others said 10:30 am.

Escaping winter

Location was peaceful and relaxing. Ted was very responsive to any questions. My wife doubles as a chef, so the kitchen could be better equipped. Thank you for keeping up a nice place.

Christmas getaway

Beautiful location, quiet, and very clean. Ted responded quickly to our questions. Easy check-in. Marathon is a great central location to explore the whole of the Keys. An hour drive to Key West. Great boating activities on Marathon. What could be better- Kitchen was stocked for the most simple meal preparation only. Some bath towels were threadbare. Occupancy for six but only four pool towels. A few extra family games and puzzles (adult) would be appreciated for rainy days.

I was born and raised in south FL and have always loved the water boating and the keys! This place is amazing for me because we bring our Tooth brushes and we are ready to enjoy everything the keys has to offer, Key west is only 50 minutes away, just a great place!

Being an end unit its very private and quite, also i love being looking at bone fish bay in the morning, its also very nice to have the marina next door.
