Please note that pool maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Monday and Friday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding!
Guest Verification & Agreement:
To keep our homes safe and secure for all guests, we require each reservation to complete a short verification process before check-in.
This includes:
âą Filling out and signing a digital rental agreement and form.
âą Providing a photo of a government-issued ID to validate the booking.
â ïž Important: This process must be completed in order to receive your check-in instructions and gain access to the property. Without it, entry cannot be provided.
All information is collected securely and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Damage Protection or Security Deposit:
To protect both our guests and our properties, you will need to choose one of the following options:
âą Damage Waiver â A one-time, non-refundable $70 fee that covers you for up to $5,000 in accidental damages.
âą Refundable Security Deposit â A $500 refundable deposit, which will be returned after your stay once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
â ïž Important: This step must also be completed in order to receive your check-in instructions and access to the property.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

Guests can now request early check-in or late check-out directly through our guest portal. Both options are subject to availability and confirmed the day before your arrival or departure.
Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 3 pets per stay đŸ for an additional fee. Please include your pets in your booking request so we can prepare accordingly.
Mindful House Rules:
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated fire pit area.
- We cherish tranquility, so please no loud music and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.
- Please supervise children at all times, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Parking:
âą Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars.
âą Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties and grass.
