Great property, great location

Four a family of four, it's fantastic! The location is fantastic, about a 12 minute walk to the Blue line, which connects to O'Hare and downtown. Very quite neighborhood. Easy to get into the excitement of the city, and retreat when you're ready to unplug!

My sisters and I booked the upstairs unit of this property for our trip. When we got there, it was very dirty. There was noticeable fire damage and gross stains. The next morning, we noticed there was also what looks like mold in the bathroom and unsecure locks on the back door. When we tried to say this was not suitable for people to stay in the host denied our claim. Once checked out I then received an email saying that we had damaged the queen comforter that was already dirty when we got there. Overall, very disappointed with this property and would not recommend

"Gem" is a stretch

Neighborhood: Fine. Parking: Ample. Pictures: I would not consider accurate. Apartment is beat; pics are not representative of the reality. "Bedrooms" are a loose term since only one has a closet snd they are SMALL. Hot water takes "10 to 20 minutes " to get warm. No bath soap. One washcloth. Almost all lights burnt out. Host was responsive but doesn't change the bones of the place. Need to adjust price snd pu up realistic non-filtered pics.
