Escape to this luxe 3-bed, 2-bath desert retreat! Located near Ventana Canyon, Sabino Canyon, Mount Lemmon, and Saguaro National Park East, with The Loop trail nearby for cycling or walking. Enjoy community pools, tennis courts, and walking trails. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering. Rest easy with luxury mattresses and linens after a day of adventure. Restaurants and shopping are just around the corner! Ideal for family and friends.
The entire home and yard is yours for the duration of your stay. One of the storage areas is also available to you and has bike racks, a wagon, tennis rackets and pool floats.
The home spans approximately 1,600 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a spacious main living area, a formal dining room, and a dedicated executive workspace, making it perfect for both relaxation and productivity.
The home is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Highlights include luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, games, baby supplies, and various recreational equipment such as pool supplies, tennis rackets and balls, a weight rack, yoga mats, and bike racks.
For outdoor enjoyment, there are several seating areas. The master bedroom and children's bedroom each feature sliding glass doors that open onto a small brick patio with a chair. There's also a screened-in patio with two rocking chairs and a television. In the backyard, there is a dining area that seats 6 as well as another seating area with two rocking chairs.
The backyard gate opens to a walking path that winds around the perimeter of the neighborhood, providing a peaceful, shady place to walk.
