Really nice place

Very clean, tons of space, well stocked kitchen. Short walk to the crater across the street. Would stay here again.

Good location between Daniel’s summit snowmobiling and park city skiing. Place was just fine for a group of guys. Had a deer walk right in front of our window.

Would stay here again

Very happy with property. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was clean although we did have some ants in the kitchen and when we got there and sat on the couch, it felt like there were crumbs on it so we used the vacuum that was provided. And it’s not 5 bedrooms, it’s 4 with the pull out in the living room. Overall it was a great stay, and we will for sure be back!

Jake's place is a gem

Jake's place is expansive and was perfect for our family ski trip. Each teen had their own bedroom which was nice. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub twice and really enjoyed the bakery for breakfast each morning. There were a few issues with the sidewalk not being shoveled; however, Jake quickly addressed the issue with the HOA. We would definitely consider returning.

Midway with family

The house was perfect. Plenty of sleeping space and comfortable beds. The kitchen and dining were super for a big group. The only problem would be if you can't climb stairs - no downstairs sleeping area (except the couch) or downstairs shower. The owner or manager was very responsive. All the staff were sweet. The pool was WONDERFUL - overall - our stay was great.

Great property, could have some utility items added

Overall the property is really nice. The check in and checkout process are super nice. The only issue is since this is a mountain property the host could add some preparedness items. While we were there the power went out twice. I asked the host if there was any candles or flashlights in the house and they responded "nope sorry." Also, it snowed several feet while we were there and from what I could find there was no shovel in the property to dig out our cars. These are items that any property in the moutains should have available for these situations. Also, at least one of the smoke detectors was disconnected entirely.

Amenities not available unwilling to adjust rates

Property amenities were not provided as listed. We unpacked and none of the TV’s were connected and WiFi was unavailable. Informed host, and he sent someone the next day but issues were not resolved during our stay. The next night we planned to grill burgers on the advertised grill, but when we went to start it there was no propane. We requested a partial refund to compensate for the items not being available. Host said he would check with VRBO and then over a week later after having to check on the status, the host informed me that VRBO wouldn’t do anything. So I reached out to VRBO and VRBO informed me that refunds are up to the host and that they would send an email to the host to explain the process. I reached back out to the host informing him what VRBO told me. Then after giving 3 days to action, I asked again and host informed me that he was unwilling to give a partial refund. Disappointed as thought we were working towards an agreement. The place was clean, check in was smooth, the pool and hot tub were nice, and location was nice.

home was great- most amenities unavailable

Beautiful area, part of the problem was that the resort was planning to open for spring and there was a big snow storm so they couldn't open the outdoor options as planned. The hot tub only worked for a few hours while we were there. The pool was open the whole time but mosty of the other amenities were unavailable. Spring break getaway, we chose this property for the amenities so it was a bit of a dissapointment.

Family Weekend

Our family of 6, including 4 young adults ages 16-21, was very comfortable and enjoyed the amenities of the pool and the gym. Midway is beautiful and there were plenty of activities to fill our weekend! The condo had dishes we needed, plenty of towels for our large family and a lot of room to spread out! Thank you!
