• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles, passes will be provided at the gate upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• This home is a first-floor walkdown unit, with 14 steps required.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the main entrance area.
