We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was even nicer than the photos and is located on a private driveway surrounded by trees, making it feel peaceful and secluded. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay.It was also an easy walk to the beach as well as several restaurants so we rarely needed to drive. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 kids. Nice quiet cul de sac location. Free beach trolly stop just a few minutes away. Kids loved the pool. Dog friendly community. We really loved the front screen porch. Plenty of sheets, towels and beach towels. Close enough to town that adults could easily ride bikes there.

Had a great week staying at this cozy house in Bethany West. Dale was very responsive to questions I had. The location was just right as was the well stocked home with plenty of things on hand, like towels, kitchen items and bathroom supplies. Met some of the very nice neighbors while walking our dog. Really enjoyed our stay.

The home had everything we needed. The location was close enough to everything but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The only thing that would have been nice was more grassy area for the dogs since it was a pet friendly home.

Great place!

My family of 5 stayed (3 kids under 5) and we fit comfortably. Dale, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The location is great- a short walk to downtown Bethany and the community pool is great. We had a great time with our family! Thank you!

Dale took the time to really make this home feel like we were welcomed to be there and he thought of almost every need a guest would have. It was pet friendly, which allowed one of our sons to join us with his dog. The instructions he offered for the house were on point. He even welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine.

I wanted this to be a positive 4 star review. The location is great and both the house and development have lots to offer. I would have gladly overlooked the fact that the AC never really got the house to a preferred temperature or the fully wooded lot. The house has a serious ant problem. The owner is blaming it on a cutting board. This is a dishonest description of the problem. We learned the hard way that the kitchen was infested with ants. On the counter, in the sink, on the walls, in the trash can cabinet, in the dishwasher! We had to throw out a cake and other food that we brought for a family celebration because we awoke on the first morning to find it covered in ants, and it was in closed plastic containers! We had to store all food on the kitchen island, which then made it unusable for anything else as there was no room. Ants were present in both bathrooms on the sink and the walls. This was stressful and not something that *we* should have needed to manage on a family vacation. The host said “use ant spray”. Would you spray a harsh chemical on the kitchen counters around your kids? The fact that any spray was readily available should have been a clue that this was a problem. We went to the host first who said it was a contained problem because of a cutting board but I can assure you this does not reflect our experience. Rent at your own risk, and bring ziplock bags for your food.

Everything about the property was wonderful with the exception of the back yard area. It was so swampy that it was impossible to use the back deck or outside shower. Mosquitoes were like a jungle they were so bad. We used the grill one night and had to spray to person cooking the burgers
