+Escape to serenity at Buckeye Lake! Looking for a peaceful getaway? Nestled on a quiet canal, our cozy retreat offers 2 bikes, kayaks, a fishing dock and calm waters perfect for paddling or unwinding. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or reeling in a catch, this is your chance to slow down and reconnect with nature. Plenty of local amenities are just around the corner, including coffee shops, restaurants, marinas, lakeside breweries, bike + boat rentals. The adventures are endless!
+If you are looking for a relaxing oasis getaway, you have found the perfect place! The Cottage is nestled into the hillside along the canal connected to Buckeye Lake. This quaint abode offers beautiful trees, a lovely porch overlooking the canal, cozy furniture inside and out, a shared fishing dock, picnic table and fire pit, with kayaks and 2 bikes provided, and a waterfront experience for all seasons. The Cottage is the perfect place to disconnect from your devices and enjoy nature. You will feel tucked away, but so close to all the popular attractions!
+Buckeye Lake State Park is less than 1 mile from the Cottage and provides the closest boat launch.
+This property is also directly across the street from a wonderful public playground, if you need to entertain little ones!
+The entire Cottage and private porch are yours, alone. There is a firepit, picnic table and patio, fishing dock and parking area that are shared with a second rental unit where you might meet some new friends!
+OF NOTE:
-You will need to use 30 wooden steps to access the Cottage. More steps lead to the fishing dock and firepit patio.
-There is no swimming in the canal.
-Feel free to enjoy our 2 kayaks, at your own risk. Make sure to take the lifejackets provided in the deck box, to comply with the law.
-We have 2 bikes for use at your own risk, no helmets are provided. Please use included lock to secure bikes when off property.
+Need space for additional guests? Please see the listing for the Bungalow on the Buckeye Lake Canal, if you would like to rent the entire property. Reach out to the host for discounts!
