Queen bedroom known for its incredibly comfortable bed. Every room is equipped with a Smart TV. The bunk room is perfect for families, offering 2 cozy double beds and a pull-out twin, crib, extra blankets, fun games for both kids and adultsâdon't forget to try our Left-Right-Center game with the included funny money!
Cozy family room, with its oversized 80-inch smart TV, is the ideal spot for relaxation. The attached, fully-equipped kitchen allows you to cook and chat with friends.
Inviting backyard, complete with comfortable furniture and a cozy swinging chair. Fire up the grill for a family dinner or relax in our comfy swing chair.

After spending 30 wonderful years in SoCal, I decided thereâs no better reason to buy a home here than being close to my children and grandchildren, who now live in the area.
Iâve grown to love everything Idaho has to offerâespecially the changing seasons. From summers at the river, local wineries, and evening BBQs, to winters spent sledding and enjoying the snow right here in Eagle or up in nearby Bogus Basin, thereâs always something special happening.

I absolutely love the neighborhoods surrounding Nampaâthey offer the perfect blend of peace, community, and convenience. When I found this home, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Itâs beautifully settled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with no immediate neighbors behind the backyard, giving it an extra sense of privacy and calm.
One of my favorite things to do here is take a relaxing walk along the nearby greenbelt, especially in the mornings or just before sunset. Iâm just 2 miles away from concert venues and wineries, which makes it easy to celebrate a weekend, a holiday, or just a great glass of local wine. The park next door has been the perfect spot for my grandkidsâ birthday partiesâitâs close, fun, and filled with great memories.
This home gives me space to relax and make memories with my family, and I hope it brings the same kind of joy and comfort to you during your stay
