Newly updated home with ALL the amenities, espresso/latte maker & coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, etc. This neighborhood has a private beachy area with a boat launch. Close to Hobbs State Park for trail riding, Beaver Lake access, War Eagle & more! Dogs OK with extra fee
Clean and stocked with everything you need for a great stay! 7-person high end hot tub, enough room for everyone to enjoy! Large covered front porch with a swing and rocking chairs. Great location at Beaver Lake with lake access and boat launch in the neighborhood, there is even a beachy area by the boat launch to swim and play! 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, enough to sleep 6 comfortably (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 roll away cot). Airbed for more guests is available upon request. Upgraded mattresses on all the beds! Great amenities and upgrades to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable such as:
*Welcome basket with basic snacks, candy bowl and a few things to hold you over until you get to the grocery store. Insta Cart and Walmart delivery are available at this location so you can always order ahead!
*Coffee bar with 10 cup drip coffee maker, espresso/latte maker, k-cup maker and we include free coffee pods, drip coffee 10 cup coffee with filter bags, espresso pods, cream (half and half cups are stored in the fridge) and sugar! Enjoy your favorite latte without having to go to the coffee shop!
*King bed in master suite with private half bathroom
*Queen bed and twin bed in other bedroom, there is also a roll away cot in the closet.
*This home sleeps 6 people IN BEDS and air mattress can be provided upon request for additional guests.

This isn't your basic run of the mill guidebook; we spent time making sure you will have all the info you need!

We love to cook so made sure to get high quality kitchen items including pots & pans, knives, baking sheets, muffin tin, bowls, hand mixer, toaster, cooking utensils, wine glasses, bar shaker and bar tools, casserole dishes, electric can opener, graters, potato peeler, kitchen scissors, ice cream scoop, bottle opener, pizza slicer, potato masher, measuring cups & spoons, tongs, pastry brush, pasta scoop, whisk, cheese knife, tea strainer, garlic crusher, basic spices/cooking sprays, cutting boards, crock pot, coffee station, etc. We go above and beyond the basics!

*Fridge with filtered water and ice maker. We also provide ice molds for craft ice
*Cooler for you to use when you are at the lake

*Room to seat 6 at the dining table and outdoor dining table

*Covered front patio with porch swing and 2 rocking chairs
*Huge back deck and patio area with dining table, gas grill, outdoor couch and chairs around the firepit table, HOT TUB that seats 7 people. The backyard also has a large grass area to play or catch fire flies in the summer!
*Washer and Dryer with detergent provided!
*Storage shed is available for guests if needed to store mountain bikes or swim toys like floaties and pool noodles.
*Board games for kids and grownups alike!
*Dogs are welcome with pet fee of $125 per stay per dog. Please notify the host if you're bringing your furry friend and add the pet to the reservation. Please note, the backyard is not fully fenced, so pets will need to be kept on a leash when outside.
*Pack and play and highchair available upon request with advance notice. Some children's toys and books are provided.
*Close to parks and lakes as well as miles of walking, biking and hiking trails. Hobbs State Park is the largest state park in Arkansas with miles of hiking and biking trails. Lake Atalanta is just a 5-minute drive with walking and biking trails that connect to the Railyard jump park and the Greenway Trails. Downtown Rogers is just short 10-minute drive and has a variety of restaurants and shopping.
*War Eagle mill is only 10 minutes away and has a huge craft fair every year! There are also great photo opportunities at the mill and a great restaurant.
*Professionally designed throughout with peaceful spaces, calming colors and amenities that aren't common in other airbnbs in the area. Careful attention to detail was used when selecting furniture to provide comfortable and relaxing areas. We wanted to provide an "oasis" for you to stay while visiting and exploring Northwest Arkansas!
*We are happy to decorate the home for you for Christmas if you are staying in the month of December. All you need to do is request at the time of booking. If there are other events or special occasions while you are staying, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more memorable!

*Marrs Mercantile Store is about 35 minutes away-this is from the famous HGTV series!
*Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is about 30 minutes
*Museum of Native American History is about 30 minutes
*Crystal Bridges Art Museum is about 30 minutes
*Greenway Trails-These trails connect all 4 major downtown areas in Northwest Arkansas by paved walking and biking trail! The closest connection for the Greenway Trail is in Downtown Rogers about 10 minutes away.
*Scott Family Amazeum Children's Museum is about 30 minutes
*Wal-Mart Museum is about 30 minutes
*University of Arkansas is about 40 minutes
*Eureka Springs is about 45 minutes
*There is a dog park at Lake Atalanta about 10 minutes away, this also connects by a beautiful paved trail through the woods to the main Lake Atalanta area that has a playground, walking and biking trails, lake access for fishing, trails that connect to the Railyard jump park and downtown Rogers.

Iâm a real estate broker in Northwest Arkansas! I love making properties beautiful and sharing them with our guests. I try to go above and beyond to provide amenities that arenât typically found in vacation rentals and provide helpful information about the area and what we love to do!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This is one of my favorite neighborhoods at the lake! There is lake access in the neighborhood that is gentle and easy to get to the water, not steep like so many lake neighborhoods. There are 2 boat launches in the neighborhood, one has an amazing beach area that is great for swimming! This neighborhood is west of the bridge so EASY AND QUICK access to Downtown Rogers, Lake Atalanta, Hobbs Stste park, War Eagle and Prairie Creek Marina! There is another public boat launches outside the neighborhood just 5 minutes away. This neighborhood is friendly and quiet.

High end decor and furnishings as well as great amenities really make our place unique! We provide more amenities than most vacation rentals including an espresso machine, air fryer, crock pot, 12 cup drip and k cup coffee maker, coffee pods and espresso pods, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, pool/beach towels for the hot tub, and SO much more! We upgraded everything from the hot tub to the mattresses, full grain Italian leather couch, Nathan James and Plank and Beam furniture, pathway lighting, front porch swing and rocking chairs and even an Adventure Globe for you to sign your name to! We paid attention to the smallest details to make our place stand out and your stay amazing. We hope you will love our place as much as we do! We also take guest feedback and suggestions seriously and will continue to add new amenities regularly!
