This Brand New home has been marvelously constructed W marble floors, large marble island, modern appliances, beautifully designed bathrooms, & furnished W all modern decor. The home consists of 4 bedrooms W queen beds & ceiling fans, 2 baths including a Large Master Bath, large 2 car driveway, laundry room W ironing board, steamer, small vacuum, new washer & dryer, patio with outdoor furniture, grill, Saltwater pool, jacuzzi, outdoor ceiling fan, corn hole.
New for 2024: Brand New Heated Saltwater Pool! Please inquire with host on pricing for heating the pool if desired.

This home is the perfect getaway for golf enthusiasts looking to take advantage of the vast amount of golfing opportunities South Florida has to offer. PGA National is 20 minutes from the property, The Park is also 20 minutes from the property and most courses in the area are a 15-20 minute drive.
The property is great for families looking to spend time in the South Florida sunshine and wanting to enjoy all the amenities of a beautiful modern home located in very close proximity to Downtown West Palm Beach & Palm Beach.
As well as for bachelor & bachelorette parties looking to enjoy West Palm Beach nightlife & restaurant offerings and the gorgeous Palm Beaches

Guests will have full access to the entire home. We will provide them with a unique door code that will give them access through the front door for the duration of their stay.
We are here for you 24/7. Please reach out via messenger if we can improve your stay for any reason.
As a courtesy to our clients we provide a small amount of paper towels,toilet paper, cleaning supplies and laundry pods. However, itâs the guest responsibility to purchase the supplies they require for the length of their stay. The Host does not assume responsibility to provide supplies for guest entire stay.
There is a 50 dollar per day charge to heat the pool. Please inquire with us in advance as it takes 24 hours to heat the pool. Heating will begin 24 hours ahead of check in time and the 50 dollar charge will be applied for each day of a guest stay including the day prior to ensure desired temperature is met prior to guest check in.
