Remarks:
Located in the established Kaniatobe Trails SW subdivision is Pine Haven. This 4 bed
4 bath cabin has the perfect balance of traditional and modern. 3 King bedrooms with
private ensuite bathrooms and a bunkroom featuring an ensuite bathroom for
convenience to all. The open floor plan provides plenty of space to socialize while the
bedrooms are located in the four corners for privacy. The high ceilings and stacked
stone fireplace add to the airy grand feel. With a large kitchen and spacious island,
serving a fresh meal is a breeze. The island seats 6 comfortably with extra seating for 6
at the dining table. Plush seating in the living room provides a comfortable lounging
space and the pull out sofa adds sleeping space. Pine Haven sleeps 12 guests in total.
Step outside onto the covered back deck and relax in the hot tub. A table for 8 and grill
add to the outdoor amenities along with rocking chairs and lounge chairs. Sit in from
of the fireplace or step out into the yard and roast s'mores in the firepit. Guests will
enjoy the circle driveway which adds parking space and room to pull the boat or at, Tesla HPWC charger added for those driving green. This cabin is located in near
Grateful Head Pizza and the Blue Rooster. A short drive to the Choctaw Landing
casino, golf course, or lake.

We love family gatherings and enjoy the outdoors! We are excited to share our cabin with you. We love late night s'mores around the firepit. We have been residents in Oklahoma for over 20 years and we love to see how much Broken Bow/Hochatown is growing!
