The Neighborhood:
This is a gated community and on site facilities include two swimming pools, club house, gym and tennis courts. Located within minutes of Disney and in easy reach of Publix supermarket, Target, WalMart and an exceptionally wide variety of restaurants and shops. Only 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport and just a few minutes from the I4 which provides easy access to Sea World, universal Studios the shopping malls and both coasts.

Getting Around:
The Villas at Island Club is a gated vacation community located just off Lindfields Boulevard in Kissimmee, FL. It offers a peaceful, resort-style atmosphere with easy access to major roads, making it convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Walt Disney World. Guests typically get around by car, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available. The community itself features amenities like swimming pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and picnic areas, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for both short and extended stays.
