Enheten är också utrustad med strandtillbehör för din njutning, inklusive strandstolar, boogiebrädor, paraply, leksaker, handdukar och en svalare. Det stora sovrummet är komplett med en king size-säng, stor plasma-TV och en vacker utsikt över havet. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar och vardagsrummet har en utdragbar soffa vid behov. #1 tv cable boxes were not working Roku remote missing in second bedroom. Maintenance man connected new Ruko boxes to master room and living room for us. Note: this should have been noticed and repaired before our check in#2 master room window badly compromised visibility. Bad moisture problem between glass. Needs replacement #3 living room ceiling fan one speed#4 AstroTurf dog areanot all dogs will use AstroTurf turf#5 exterior screen panel on slider torn#6 several interior door hinges rusting. #7 second bedroom closet door out of track#8 kitchen sink water faucet does not stay in holder

The views and proximity to the beach were amazing!! The fact that everything was amply provided, and we didn't need to bring anything was so convenient. So clean. The beds were great. We really had such a good time!! Thank you so much!! I hope to stay longer next time!!

Very pleasant stay

This property was exactly as listed. Bright and clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioner malfunctioning but the property manager efficiently managed the issue despite it occurring over Thanksgiving. I will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Our stay was amazing. The condo is in the perfect location in the complex. Ocean front and right next to the pool. The ocean was pretty rough the week we were there but it made the sound of the waves crashing that much better. My pup loved it too. The dog areas are not much, especially for bigger dogs, and the beach in front of the condo is not pet friendly... but you have to walk down some stairs to the actual beach area, so there is a sandy area at the top to the side of the condo where we walked him and he chased crabs and had fun. Even explored in the sea grape forest LOL. There is also an excellent dog park you can take your dogs to that's only about 10 minutes away as well as a dog friendly beach. For the dog park you have to have your pup's up to date vet records and it's $3.00 per day for up to 3 dogs. In all our stay was amazing. Management is very prompt to answer questions and address concerns and the unit was very clean. We will definitely be visiting again!

Good beachfront option, but not great

The location is awesome, directly on the beach and close to stuff in the area. However, the first floor location means a fairly obstructed view from the patio, with tall fencing surrounding the unit's patio and additional fencing surrounding the pool deck. This wouldn't be the case with a unit on the 2nd floor or above, only on the ground floor. Also, the mattresses in the unit could use updating, especially in the 2nd bedroom where there are two beds. The kitchen is nice (though it lacked coffee, coffee filters, and oil, three things I count on with a kitchen unit) and we were able to cook stuff easily. The space is comfortable and plenty large.

Stay at Paradise Beach Club 104

This rental turned out to be a great choice. The best part was the location on the first floor of the building. It was so easy to unload and come and go from this unit as it was very close to the parking lot, but not on it at the same time. At first we were kind of concerned that the building itself seemed to be dated, but relieved that inside our unit was relatively updated and pleasant. Our unit was spacious and we had almost everything we needed minus a washer and dryer. We felt that the trade off was worth having the super close proximity to the beach. Our favorite thing was to watch the waves during the day and listen to them all night. Being an end unit with two extra windows made it bright and sunny during the day, yet we were grateful that there were blackout shades so that we could sleep at night. We were also pleased that it was so quiet in our unit. It would have been great to watch the rocket launches from our unit if they hadn’t been cancelled. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but they were immediately addressed by Taylor when we contacted her despite it being on her own time on the weekend. Thanks, Taylor

Perfect Location

Wow! Beautiful views of the ocean out every window. The ocean is literally over the railing out your door. Condo is nice and clean. We spent mornings in the heated pool and afternoons on the beach. The office had puzzles, books and outdoor games ( cornhole, shuffle board) to enjoy. Very quiet, family oriented resort. Jerry, the resort manager, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Description of unit is spot on, just steps from the ocean and view is incredible. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Beds are comfortable. Large clean pool. We would return.

Relaxation stay

We live 10 minutes from PBC. This was our first stay and it won’t be our last. We enjoyed the pool the views the dogs areas and the beach. Thanks for making it so easy. We will be looking forward to another stay again in the near future!!

Easy access to beach

The unit was perfect for our short getaway with 2 adults and one teen. We used the beach access and the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio to listen to and watch the waves crashing.

Satellite Beach Cute and Adorable Weekend Getaway

Satellite Beach Cute and Adorable Vacation Weekend. The place was amazing, ocean view and easy access to the beach. This property is in the first floor with plenty of privacy and you can hear the ocean breeze, It’s very relaxing and quiet place . The kitchen amenities are well provided and bigger size pot are available. The king size bed is comfortable , white bedsheets are wonderful .It’s an old building but well maintained. Close to shopping center where Publix ,McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and good restaurants are available around the area . NASA Kennedy Space Center - 33 miles / My son and my family enjoyed it !!! The Property management service 5 stars , Taylor is on top of everything . Highly recommend the place . Great job guys. Thank you . Jenny P.

Workers inside without notice

Stay was nice, except for the last morning when 2 workers are inside our balcony without notice not a knock no postings anywhere. Scared the heck out of us. They never bothered to say anything. Just walked right in. Never again for us. Taylor did apologized twice.

Great stay in Cocoa Beach

We had a great time. The unit was very clean, roomy, and quiet. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our patio. Great place to watch the sunrise. The staff were kind and exceptional as well. Highly recommend.

Dog friendly and Nice!

Older building, but very nice, very quiet. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Pool was 7ft deep at one end. A random middle-aged woman tried to take our beach towels, keep an eye on your stuff! Lots of dogs, but we never saw any dog poop, and didn't hear any barking.

I just spent 2 glorious weeks at Paradise Beach Club. I stayed one week in unit 104 and one week in unit 336. Both are ocean front, very nice and extremely clean. The ocean views from each are different but gorgeous. The heated pool was nice and the stairs from the pool area made it convenient to get down to the beach. The property manager, Zareh was very accommodating and always available. Since I stayed in 2 different units, he made sure my new unit was the first one cleaned that day so I wouldn't have to wait very long to move from one unit to another. I will definitely be back again.
