This home is a One Bedroom dwelling in a tiplex home with its own private entrance, kitchen and bedroom. The property is fully fenced with a motorized gate entrance to back of property with free secured parking.
Centrally Located in OLD EAST DALLAS near StateFair/DosXX Pavilion and less than 5 minutes to LowerGreenvile, Knox Henderson, DeepEllum, Downtown, Uptown, Dallas Arboretum, WhiteRockLake and Tenison park golf course . We offer both Short and longstays with additional discounted rates
You will be on the First Floor of a two story Triplex providing easy access with minimal stairs. The home has two longterm tenants in the other two dwellings , one on second floor and one also on first floor left of property. We ask to please be respectful of these tenants during your stay and respect the quiet hours.
