We aim to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for you. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

- Check-in: Any time after 4 PM
- Check-out: By 10 AM
- Late Check-out: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a night-rate cost penalty, deducted from your security deposit.

House Rules:

- Parties: Fully prohibited
- Quiet Time: From 10 PM to 6 AM
- Smoking: $300 penalty for smoking on the property. Offenders will be dismissed without refund.
- Noise/Behavior: $250 penalty for excessive noise or obscene behavior requiring police intervention. Offenders will be dismissed without refund.
- Pets: $250 penalty for having pets in the unit
- Trash Disposal: $100 penalty for leaving trash outside your property entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans at the building entrance.
- Toilet Use: Do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Use the trash can provided.

Damages and Penalties:
- Damage: Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
- Penalties: Automatically withdrawn from your booking account.

Check-out Procedure
- Turn off lights, water, and gas/stove
- Lock the door behind you

- AC Usage: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows to prevent the AC from freezing and stopping. Thank you! ?
