A great location and nice rooms

The beds were nice and the bathroom clean. That’s about all there is to the rooms, which was fine for us. We sat and had a good chat with Doug before heading out for the day and he gave lots of great suggestions for things to do and see around the area.

Whether you are visiting for a chance to explore the outdoors or to relax and revitalize we host the idyllic setting that perfect for everyone. Guests can relax in the grand lobby or on the porch after a day of adventuring in the parks. We are the perfect setting if you wish to Unplug, Unwind and Connect with nature. We have consciously removed televisions from our property to encourage our guests to relax and return to simplicity. We have free Wi-Fi for our guests with no password required. Dao House is away from the busy town of Estes Park with beautiful views of Longs Peak and Twin Sisters mountains. Wild life such as elk frequent the property in the summer months. We are less than a mile from the Lily Lake Trail head, 2 miles from the Longs Peak Trail head and 6 miles from the Wild Basin Trail head of the Rocky Mountain National Park.
