Oavsett om du vill komma undan och koppla av, eller ha en mycket behövs familjesemester, har den här enheten allt du kan behöva. Det är verkligen en av ett slag!

När du först stiger in i denna snygga oceanfront lägenhet, är det första du kommer att märka det vackra havet framför dig. Denna bekväma, strand chic enhet är det perfekta stället att varva ner och spendera tid med familjen. Lyssna på vågor medan du sitter uppe på höga stolarna på din privata balkong eller koppla av i det bekväma vardagsrummet och titta på din favoritfilm.

Det rymliga sovrummet har en king size-säng, ett helt renoverat badrum, garderob och TV. Gästrummet har en queen size-säng, garderob och TV. Det finns ett andra badrum utanför det gemensamma rummet.

Vardagsrummet, köket och matsalen är öppet koncept, så du kan njuta av den spektakulära utsikten medan du lagar mat, äter eller slappar.

Enheten har också de små sakerna som gör din semester så mycket mer avslappnande. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda, pack & play, solstolar, leksaker, sängkläder och handdukar och gratis wifi.

Cape Winds är ett vackert komplex som har bekvämligheter för hela familjen. Lounge runt den stora poolen, vila i bubbelbadet, eller bli aktiv på tennis- och basketplanerna. Det finns en kort strandpromenad precis vid komplexet för att komma till den vita sandstranden - du kunde inte vara närmare !! Komplexet ligger 1. 2 miles norr om Cocoa Beach Pier, och nära många restauranger och attraktioner.

Great for Seniors

Everything was as advertised. We liked the handicapped parking and the elevator being so close to the parking lot and of course, the pool and the view.

Perfect condo, happy vacationers!

Communication with property manager Amanda was extremely easy with quick responses. From the moment of booking the condo to check out, everything was easy and communicated well. The property was beautiful and greatly located! We could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Terrific condo, clean and comfortable

Cape Winds Unit 304 is a favourite of ours; we’ve stayed there several times and plan to stay again. Always clean, up to date, and comfortable furniture. Beds were very restful. The view from terrace is expansive and preferable to the ground floor. Cape Winds’ pool is always clean and rarely crowded.

Peaceful

Booked this Florida trip to get away from work and relax. Condo was very peaceful and quiet. Great area to walk around. We also loved looking for the cruise ships leaving port. Amanda was great to work with.

Great holiday location!

Beautiful condo, was well equipped for all our needs. Beach front, took about a minute to get our spot on the beach, and best of all the condo has beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so there's was no need to buy anything during our stay! Kelsey was very receptive and quick to answer emails. Our family enjoyed our stay so much, we hope to get back and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Having a view of the ocean from your balcony makes all your troubles go away! Condo was perfect and being able to walk to the beach a positive. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay. The pool is a great size and very clean. We enjoyed our daily stops there as well. We will return for sure! Orlando airport is a little overwhelming, however.

Our stay was wonderful ! The condo was clean, had a wonderful view and a nice pool with beach access. We did not do any cooking but it looked like there was plenty of stuff to do so. The only thing I would say would be invest in some better quality toilet paper 😉

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was exactly as expected! Beautiful view of the ocean! Covered parking was nice to have. Easy access to the room from the elevator. Had to reach out to Amanda because a couple of the beach chairs were broken. She immediately responded and had new chairs sent within the hour! Would definitely return! Actually we would have booked this condo for our fall trip but it was already taken for those dates!

Summer Vacation

Been all over, inside and outside of the coast of Florida, stayed many places but this was exceptional... location to the beach, amenities and 304 looked newly remodeled...we will be back...oh yeah you can see the rocket launch from the deck!

Prime location

It was more than what we expected. The view from the balcony, the cruise ships, and all the boats. This checked off more than we thought. Even tho we missed the space x launches we did hear the last one. From finding coconuts on the beach, to the great eatery on the pier, the friendly locals and those we met who were also on vacation, I can say we most definitely will be back!!!

Last Minute Getaway

The condo was great and the view was even better! We only had a minor issue with the sheets/blankets being dirty. We did not notify anyone due to us being able to wash them ourselves and we didnt feel like it was that big of a deal. Everything else was great! Would definitely recommend staying here. The beach was never busy and we were able to watch 3 rocket launches. It was perfect for our family of 5!

The condo had everything we could possibly want or need. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, & even a crockpot! The unit was clean & comfortable. Beautiful direct ocean front view. Kelly was friendly & kept in contact before, during, & after our visit to make sure we were satisfied. No complaints. Would recommend renting this unit to others.

We had a great stay at Cape Winds! The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our week stay stay. The two bedrooms worked out great for two couples. Most second bedrooms do not have a queen bed so that was very nice. We used the grill on several nights which was very relaxing by the pool. The pool and spa were very clean. The location is perfect. Direct ocean view with a nice size balcony. Covered parking was nice as well. We will be back!

Excellent unit and location!

Just returned from a great week at this property. Immaculate unit, very spacious, well decorated and not cluttered. Comfortable living room furniture and bedrooms. Excellent, prompt communication with Kelsy, the host. A close drive to have a bite and watch the cruise ships at the port, and equally close drive to Cocoa Beach and various restaurants. Quiet building, beautiful view from the balcony. Property is very well taken care of. Sits on a gorgeous spot on the beach. For 7 years we have stayed in Madeira Beach and this was our first time on the Atlantic side - we will definitely be returning to this particular property!

Great location!

Overall it’s a great place to stay. Perfect location, great neighborhood, beach front views, and an extremely short walk to the beach…literally seconds. Kelsey was very friendly and helpful. We did not have a cooler at the condo and she dropped one off for us at the door the same day. Kelsey was also able to have us check-in before 3pm. The only negative about the condo was the couches and the rug in the living room were very dirty and worn out; I would recommend both be replaced.

Beautiful beach

We loved this property! The beach was not very crowded and very nice. So many seashells! The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for the week. All we had to buy was food! It was a very happy fun vacation for our family of 6. I do wish the pool had more of a shallow end for the kids. It’s mostly very deep. They couldn’t stand in it. But they still had fun and got to work on swimming skills. I would definitely recommend this property.
