Step into this contemporary self serviced apartment and be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light. The apartment is beautifully designed with chic decor and comfortable furnishings and beautiful views over the canal and gardens. There are three spacious bedrooms, main en suite, one with its own private patio. The living room offers plush seating and a large flat-screen smart TV. Relax with cocktails on your exclusive patio with scenic views of the canal. Perfect for business or pleasure with restaurants, shopping and entertainment for the whole family at Canal Walk, just a short walk away.
Guest access
This apartment is part of The Island Club, which is a secure complex and access controlled. Guests will need to sign in with ID and will receive an access card with their key. This will allow guests access to all areas including the swimming pool, gym with indoor pool and extensive grounds as well as a private, secure entrance to the Canal Walk Shopping and Entertainment complex.
