- Bedroom 2: 1 Full size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 3: 2 Twin bed Minnie Mouse themed, smart TV, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 4: 1 Full size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 5: 2 Twin bed, smart TV, ceiling fan.
- 2 bathrooms: 1 bathtub / 1 shower
Crib and highchair available for rent, inquiry after booking.
* We ask our guests to verify ID prior to check-in.
* Parties are not allowed in the house.
* POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500.
* BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested 3 days prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.

Gated community with access code and Self check-in front door with an unique code per guest. Codes will be provided 2 days before arrival.
