The leading exterior picture is not what you get. The patio-like area is dirty and tired. You're looking at the rear of the home, and on a cloudy, humid day is very unpleasant. You must enter from the rear because it is the most accessible after you climb the steep, craggy driveway that is unadvisably drivable. The front stairs and walkway are old, overgrown, and treacherous. The first impression is unkempt, which is why Hazel's Haven doesn't present the front view. On the lovely neighborhood street, it is the only property that looks overgrown and uncared for. To make matters worse, it is how you enter the property. The keypad doesn't light up. You are greeted by a view of an unpleasant stairway to a damp basement. From there, you walk into a worn kitchen that is not bright and charming. First impressions are very important. The extra linens, towels, and cupboards are haphazardly arranged. The overall cleanliness is concerning. The refrigerator, oven, patio, furniture, porches, etc., do not meet the requirements of anyone looking for charm.
