Welcome to Pupukea Nahale Hale (Jungle Villa), where Hawaiian charm meets modern luxury. Immerse yourself in tropical design while soaking in stunning vistas of Waimea Bay.
A short drive leads to famed surf at many beaches as close as five minutes away: Three Tables, Shark’s Cove, Sunset Beach, Waimea and more .

The space:
This home is the entire 2nd floor of a two-story house. A single set of stairs takes you to your tree-house like villa where an open concept living space with high vaulted ceilings draws your eye to the spectacular views beyond. You can watch a movie on the 65-inch TV, play board games, or curl up with a book in vintage bamboo barrel chairs in the stylish living room.
Whip up fabulous meals in our well-appointed custom kitchen with Thermador appliances and gourmet Le Creuset and other cookware. Gather family and friends during meals while enjoying the stunning sunsets viewed through the great windows from the dining table.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary featuring a king size luxury bed, an ensuite full bath, and a private balcony to enjoy stargazing with a drink.
The queen bedroom features shoji doors and a beautiful Kent Coffey bed.
The third bedroom has two twin beds with views of banana and mulberry trees in the garden.
The second bathroom features a glass enclosed rain head shower, reminding guests of the beach nearby with a custom blue tiled shower and sand-like pebble floor. Every bedroom has USB outlets for charging devices.
The gourmet kitchen has appliances and cookware accommodate the entire family including from induction stove/oven to dishwasher and deep-well sink, water purification system, high-end blenders, coffee makers, a Japanese rice-cooker and much more.
This 2nd floor villa features an enclosed wrap-around deck for views of Waimea Bay with covered outdoor seating area. Whether serving in our dining area or taking everyone outside, all living areas are designed to comfortably accommodate the entire group.
Downstairs you will find an outdoor rock wall with semi-private enclosed warm-water rinse-off for after the beach.
As you enter through the sculptural copper dolphin gate, you are welcomed onto the villa’s acre of lush jungle and garden with Hawaiian wildlife and jasmine, heliconia, avocado, mulberry, banana, papaya plants and more.
The bottom floor unit is our home when we are not traveling. As world travelers, we have set up Nahale Hale with all the qualities we enjoy in wonderful homes and boutique hotels from our voyages. We hope to give you the right blend of escape into paradise with the comforts of a well-appointed home.
Guest access:
Gated driveway access with keypad and (provided) vehicle remote to a private parking spot for a single vehicle.
Keyless entry on the 2nd floor. Your space on the full second floor is private, only accessible to you.
The garden is shared with the owners on the first floor when they are in town.
